LucidSpark - Must Have Collaboration Tool

Group brainstorming, real-time collaboration

As a company almost exclusively remote, we look for ways to collaborate effectively. The ability to use a real-time virtual whiteboard has helped several teams.
I had a very good experience and the product/services did meet my expecations

The ease of using the tool and onlien collaboratoon

Clunky user interface that sometimes had a latency during updates

User-Friendly Tool. Very intuitive - can create charts quickly. Easy to export

Nothing - the tool does everything that I need it to do.

I haven't had any issues using and trying lucid even in my first use

Super easy to get started, tons of useful templates to build off of.

It can be a bit memory intensive in your browser.

We needed to make some network diagrams and data flow charts, for compliance auditing, and Lucid made it super fast to get these put together.
Using as an individual is good but with a team even better for boosting creativity & productivity

Team collaboration and sharing increase creative thinking, and problem solving as well a productivity

I can't think of anything just yet but the team and I need to spend more time on it first

It has been great for problem-solving and helping to create visual aids and maps for helping to improve other systems within our organisation

What do you like best about the product?
The flowcharting functionality! At my previous employer, I looked for a cloud solution to create process maps, I was so used to using Visio, but my last workplace didn't have a licence. I stumbled upon lucidchart at this time, and it quickly became a staple program for me. I was happy when I joined my current employer to see that they were using it and held an organisation license.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any functionality that I dislike at this stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a visual learner, so it helps me to be able to visually map out processes and integrations to be able to understand client requirements.
I create the best process maps with Lucidchart.

Integrations - Lucidchart integrates with the top software tools I use at work. Thus allowing me add more context to my diagrams , embed my Lucidchart diagrams into documentations and so on.
Cloud based - Lucidchart is completely cloud based and thus I can create and edit diagrams using any operating system, device or browser.
Collaboration - Lucidchart supports features like co-authoring , in-editor chatting, and in-document comments. These features makes it so easy to work in tandem with other users in real time to create flow charts, process maps and any other form of diagrams I need to create using Lucidchart.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation I can associate with Lucidchart is its template library. From experience using similar software products, I think Lucidchart doesn't provide enough templates for me.

Lucidchart helps me create and share professional flowcharts and process maps . With my use of Lucidchart, I have found it easier explaining my ideas and strategy to my team-mates.
