Phenomenal tool for documentation and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates that Lucidspark offers for my documents. Some I never even considered before using Lucidspark and now cannot live without! I also really appreciate the flexibility of month-to-month billing, with discounts for annual terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I don't like about Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making diagrams for my product's user workflows was never clean or easy to edit previously, but now with Lucidspark I feel like the design elements of each chart make things move faster and make changes quickly. I have found better options for charts and diagrams that I had not even considered previously, which has made collaboration with various team members that much better because the visual representation of our projects eliminates any miscommunications. Lucidspark is a time saver!
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and gives off a distinct Microsoft Office or Google Docs vibe with its ease of use and features. It was very helpful in constructing a process flow diagram for a project I'm constructing at work, and I recommend it to others if your company also doesn't offer you software first.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the crop tool does not function properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure I understand this question.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into other programs first and make sure that you shop around, but this service seems good and it integrates with my other tools quite readily.

What do you like best about the product?
As a data scientist, I feel being able to visualize our data pipeline a necessary aspect for our company. Lucidspark provides unique layouts for our diagrams. I love how efficient editing diagrams are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints with Lucidspark at the moment.

We were able to diagram our entire data pipeline making this easily understandable for ou the company.
User Friendly Templates For All Org Chart Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I had previously been using PowerPoint for my workplace org charts. It was a little outdated in terms of templates, layouts, and formatting. Lucidspark offers a wide variety of templates for a broad range of workplaces. I was able to experiment with the options to find the right fit for what I needed to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished I was able to space out the different boxes uniquely according to what my project required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's highly easy to use and the templates are modern and comprehensive. I am able to display the different branches and departments in my company, and am able to update as things evolve.
New to the Product: Very easy to learn and use

I had no idea about BPMN, and the ease of finding the proper icons to use made it really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no been able to find a disadvantage yet. I am still new to the product.

It is creating process maps and system maps. It is really self-explanatory and easy for those who are new to it.

With Lucid, we can chart the entire process of how our product is made and all the different components that go into the process. The benefits are that the charts are easy to share with other people and that it is simple to follow along components in a chart.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidspark is how easy it is to navigate and learn. I started using it on my own under a time crunch and created a document that was organized, color-coded, and easy to follow in no time. The people I showed it to could understand what I was trying to get across. I like that there are many different shapes/designs that you can use to make your documents more exciting!

What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how the site automatically added more pages for you. I meant to keep everything on one page to print it out for others, but realized I had everything on four pages instead. I had to reformat to get it down to one page. It was also a little annoying trying to get all of the boxes centered on the page, since there were different pages going on.
Another thing that I had a bit of trouble with was dragging lines from shapes. They kept going all over the place so I just had to wait until the very end to put those in.

The problem we have solved is helping new hires figure out our processes.

If you want something simple that gets the job done nicely, I would definitely give this a try first.
Org charts extraordinaire!
What do you like best about the product?
How simple is was to create a org chart from an excel. There were also tons of template options.
What do you dislike about the product?
My first time using I had to play around a bit, but its pretty easy to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org charts, I had an EA tell me she needed 5 days to create org charts. With LucidSpark I was done in a matter of hours.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it is effortless to use and free in cost. Excellent platform to convert your ideas into reality by using various tools availiable on the website. I would recommend it to all the students and enthusiasts.

The only thing missing here is the difficulty of finding the templates for the diagrams.

I use Lucidspark to create the flow diagrams, Block definition Diagrams, and various other kinds of charts to present and store my project data. Basically for Project Management. Benefits are: It saves time, and Our presentation looks very professional.
