Collaboration while mapping.
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Lucidchart to be very intuitive to use. Besides this. Lucidchart requires no software installation on desktop before I am able to use.
Perhaps, the most important aspect of my Lucidchart experience so far is how I am able to collaborate with multiple people at the same time, to create diagrams , mind maps etc

What do you dislike about the product?
The need for a larger template and symbol library. At present, Lucidchart just does not provide enough templates to select from, and this greatly limits the quality of process diagrams I create with Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I used to have to sketch process maps, mind map etc on my own and later share with my team-mates. With Lucidchart, I am able to jointly create my mind maps, process maps etc together in real time with my team mates, thereby improving team collaboration.

The Easiest Way to Build Charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart makes it easy to start fast while having the option to leverage templates or choose your path for whatever project you're taking. I like using it for org charts and campaign management to demonstrate workflows and cross-team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the prettiest product in the world. The visualization themselves are a bit bland and old-looking. It could just be my lack of knowledge in terms of how to make a better-designed chart!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building out easy-to-manage org charts within my team and leadership, along with tracking workflows and funnels with paid media campaigns. Benefits include: Fast starts (very little onboarding required to get started) and an easy to use UI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidchart is one of many options out there if you're looking to make diagrams and org charts. Take your time to learn the product, and it should be easy to run with.
LucidChart is a very useful and simple to use tool!
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart has great options for creating diagrams, it has a wide range of images and functionality to take advantage of. Very helpful for visualizing processes!
What do you dislike about the product?
LucidChart has a lot that's restricted under a free account, it could have more options. It limits the number of things you can have on your diagram as well as only allows about 3 diagrams to be saved on your account at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating amazing schema diagrams of processes to help visualize how we use software within our business process and how they all connect together.
Lucid is great application
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a great application with numerous features to present a great visual representation.
It helps to present the the application flows visually with industry leading vendor shapes

What do you dislike about the product?
The swimlanes could be better some more industry-leading vendor shapes ( example salesforce Mulesoft shapes)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flow diagrams and sequce diagrams ot represnet applications flows
An amazing tool for all custom visualisation needs
What do you like best about the product?
The useful feature for me would be the different integrations built into it. I do not have to worry if I want to add a drawing into a internal document as there already many integration plugins available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I did not see is the ability for an external user with View only access to add a comment on a particular location. Like in a flowchart if someone want to comment on a particular box, they should be able to give their feedback on the same drawing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My common use of Lucid charts is to create flowchart and process diagram for operational work. Sometimes I also use it to create a prototype architecture for any new ideas I have.
Great tool for creating visual documents like flowcharts, wireframes, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
The drawing tools and shapes repertoire is very vast
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to scroll and zoom the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating documents like flowcharts, UML workflows, and UI wireframes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of drawing tools and shapes available inside Lucid. It's fairly easy to use, and you don't have to install a new software on your local computer as it's available over the web. The only issue I have faced with this tool is that the scrolling and zooming in/out of a doucument is a little complex and finnicky especially with Windows laptops.
Great platform when it comes to collab
What do you like best about the product?
As an engineer, I will have to collaborate with many colleagues. I like how easy Lucidchart is to share our ideas when words can't explain it all. This saves a lot of time and ambiguity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the platform tool itself is not that intuitive. I personally don't like the arrow. It is usually hard to drag around, which causes my diagram to be a little messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software design. This is the main reason I used Lucidchart. I can simply drag some block onto the board, and the flow of our software is pretty self-explanatory. This diagram made sure we are on the same page, and it can be saved and edited in the future. We can always have a reference for it to make sure everybody is on the same page.
LucidSpark the place to brainstorm
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Spark is great for collaboration, such as when teams use post-it notes; this tool is a virtual post-it notes collation, in which you can view, group, and identify patterns. I used this tool after a survey money had collected survey responses for next year's strategy. One of the questions I posed was was was "What should we stop doing next year?" we then compiled all of the reactions in lucidspark, where we could better understand the survey responses and begin to think critically and form hypotheses on who's this should shape the company strategy.
I also worked with procurement and had a great experience with the onboarding team, and the customer success team at Lucid

What do you dislike about the product?
I have briefly seen the tool Miro, and I felt it might offer similar features. I don't have anything negative for lucidspark; however, it might be nice to import information into post it's (each record would create a new post it)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration is the number one benefit and collaboration, especially when many people and teams will continue to have some remote work in the future, equips teams with better ways to whiteboard solutions.
Also a small complaint the scrolling on lucid spark was bad, just a sub optimal experience but I was reassured this would not be a long term problem.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to ask how other people are using the tool; their customer success team is really incredible.
Lucidspark is a great way for me to collaborate with team members and help with epic breakdown.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with tools like Jira that help create tickets automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting concerns. When you have a huge tree navigation gets painful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breakdown of epics and brainstorming with teammates
