To Collect All Of Your Thoughts And Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how you can organize your thoughts in this program by collumns, colors and boxes, links and other useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the program is how the export into lucid chart looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many people in our meeting with opinions, and we can sort them and categorize them with colors and areas rather than lines like a document.

Easy to use does not need any trainings.

Not many intergrations would benefit from more work

I compared many drawing tools, and Lucidspark stood out with their (cloud) templates, export formats, and sharing options. The price is also attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no items I dislike, the product suits my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark helps me to bring my ideas across my ideas to a broader audience. It makes my architecting life much more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy a team license to leverage the collaborative features.

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility. I like that it can import Visio stencils and in general the web interface works fine
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer to have greater offline capabilites or even a client for Windows 10

Dont need to buy Visio. That is biggest advantage. So far all complex Visio diagrams I've imported have worked.
Have enjoyed and used Lucidspark for almost a year - great addition to project planning and design.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is super easy to implement for all members of the team. Easy drag and drop placement of items and jobs and easy color coding and brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comments being a paid feature is limiting but I get it. I'd like more people in the company to embrace visual communications so we could better justify the cost. NPO discounts?

Project management; design; troubleshooting bottlenecks.
Great tool for visualisation and planning
What do you like best about the product?
As a visual person, Lucid helps me visualize thoughts and process flows. It's been really easy sharing this information and helping others to be on the same page as well. The Google Drive integration is excellent as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, perhaps I haven't fully explored all the features yet, but it works great for what I need it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to crystallize my thoughts better and present workflow and ideas that are easily understood by all. Especially useful in the context of remote working and brainstorming in a virtual context.

Great tool for virtual team strategy, design, planning sessions
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to virtually plan, brainstorm, and design on the same screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any blockers so far. The tool is very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently solving problems related to the company's strategic plans. The benefits of being able to virtually plan as a team, the ability to return to the charts for review and updating, and the icons and graphics available are all useful to my department (innovation).

Useful templates to help me get started on projects quickly. Highly customizable. Good team collaboration. I like that I can see when others are in the document and what they're doing. This has been really useful with working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be diffucult to find older documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out user flows to inform UI/UX Design direction and requirements and ensure alignment with tech for technical requirements. We inlucde these flows as part of our design handover for on and offshore teams to reference.

Whiteboard for definitely as we all moved into the covid world online, it helps us a lot

when you click for whiteboard/workflow, it asks you a stay for getting access, etc which sometimes annoying otherwise, it's good to go.
