What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, UI, Help content, Diagram elements, Templates, and best of all collaboration and integration with other apps such as Confluence, and G Drive etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not tested yet, but I may dislike if Lucidchart does not have a public URL provision to be able to share the process flows with external customers

Once you get used to the UI, you will be quicker and efficient than in Visio

Best collaborative diagramming tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to start creating diagrams in a couple of minutes. Easy and intuitive to use and work together with my remote team. Simple to export the created diagrams for sharing with my customers. On a tight deadline at the time, this speed of creation and ease of use was absolutly essentail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app ran a bit slow on my 4k screen, but I'm not sure that might be something to do with my laptop rather than the lucid chart app. My View/Rendering settings are not 'remembered' between sessions - I usually turn this off to improve the performance of my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating workflow concepts quickly and easily through Lucidchart diagrams to customers - Lucid chart enabled me to get the job done quickly and easily. I have a remote team due to COVID, but also geographically (different timezones) - Lucidchart allowed me to share the charts we were working on to be more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to create elements of diagrams with ease. Dozens of options and customization are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it was lack of creating new elements with direct connection with parent element. From time to time, I had problems with adding children to parent (especially when parent had a lot of children).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for creating a website architecture (diagram of all paths inside the website). It helped me a lot in communication with Marketing and solved several issues from them.
It's perfect for designing your it infrastructure and code architecture

You have dozens of different types of diagrams, we use AWS, flowcharts, UML... a lot!

This diagram tool it's very useful, I don't know what the drawback can be

With LucidChart you can create quick diagrams to understand better your software components
A very good diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of different types of diagrams that you can draw using lucidchart. The option to save the diagrams and modify them whenever is a really nice feature. Another thing I love about this tool is the ability to create your own templates, as you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I tried to do in lucidchart, for which I could not find a solution was to represent a JSON object. I was however able to improvise using the large library of shapes, so that was just a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, we use luchidchart to clearly present the data we normally describe in words. This makes it considerably easier to explain all the information to our customers.
Very Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. Having used MS Visio for years, I was able to bring across and import all of my stencils etc. Integrations with other tools I use such as IT Glue also help me in my day to day role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create bespoke connectors on icons. This seems to be limited to the connector points on the icons themselves, especially frustrating when working with imported MS Visio stencils.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting customer environment while only needing an internet connection is a huge plus! No need to have software installed on my device. I can also access/edit from any of my devices which is pretty cool.
Easy and effective diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy tool to use, helpful while working on user flows or any diagramming. I use it during the calls with my clients to help in kind of visualization, it's my everyday to-go tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a moment to learn all the available functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before starting to wireframe, I use Lucidchart to visualize user flows which helps me predict all edge cases.

Lucid helps me organize my thoughts and connect the dots between multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text boxes are weird sometimes. It highlights instead of creating a cursor exactly where you click.

Creating connections between the different branches of the company. Helps know who you should talk to for certain questions.
