Super useful remote collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find LucidSpark to be very effective for work sessions where we need to align as a team on concepts. to structure our thoughts or to decide on priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve on how to use the various tools, especially when it comes to using them simultaneously with a group of people in a live call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used LucidSpark in work sessions to clarify workflows, decision flows, roadmaps and software architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
UI has been simplified significantly, experience is snappy. Also the UI update is great, it looks much more modern compared to before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration feels wonky - I think there's a lot of opportunity here to improve the use of lucid as a collaborative tool. i.e. seeing other people's cursors etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flow charts, user journeys, data flow, infrastructure mapping. Useful to share context about these journeys with others

I like the ease of creating the charts/diagrams.

To be honest there is nothing that I dislike.

I can create visualisations of new procedures then share them easily for discussion.

Sharing abstract ideas via diagrams and words is easier than conveying in words sometimes

Our biggest problem is active collaboration with remote users in realtime and Lucid helps us solve that issue

LucidSpark is a worthwhile, maturing product that aims to improve daily communication and efficiency

It is a fully-featured virtual whiteboard with a lot of great automation and integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the useability features and integration capabilities need a bit more time to mature to meet or exceed similar competitors' offerings. But the Lucid team is blazing ahead toward that mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a software services provider using Lucid tools for collaboration and planning. Without tools like Lucidspark, our team would have a much more difficult time planning how to execute our vision.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked that boards look good and clear, something appreciated now that we cannot use physical boards WFH. I just feel like I have all the necessary info in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I find everything useful. I've noticed my laptop makes an intensive use of CPU while opening some boards, but not sure if it's directly related with Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for retrospective and discovery meetings. It would be really difficult to make those meetings without a collaborative app.
