Lucidchart is THE BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease, simplicity looks amazing! It makes all of my visual dreams come true.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more "free" templates!

I'm currently working on a flowchart for a department. We need a visual way to digest all the steps in our workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes mapping out ideas and documenting processes simple, clean and beautiful. It's intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints! Lucidchart is one of the most functional and least confusing tools I've ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary way I'm using Lucidchart as a Marketing Ops specialist is to document processes. I love how easy it is to use and how clean it makes my documentation.

Export chart as PDF. You can add personalize emoji pictures to nake chart/flow diagram interesting.

So far what I used I liked everything. I can't point out a single thing that I don't like.

Visualization od the process flow.

Ease of use and easy to collaborate with others.

Not easy to use offline; I have not found a custom zoom ability.

Managing large diagrams that would be complicated without easy-to-use software/apps.

It is so easy to use this software to build any type of chart. It is intuitive and allows one to move shapes/insert text with such ease - far easier than on Microsoft Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't export directly to Microsoft Word
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spent 5 hours trying to build a venn diagram on Word. Switched to Lucidchart and the entire thing took me 15 minutes!
Easy to use and exactly what I needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the template options they have. It is also extremely easy to start from scratch and have a chart created within no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably my fault, but I'm sure I'm not benefiting from all that it can do. Sometimes my charts can look a little basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Displaying marketing operation diagrams to non-technical stakeholders is very important to me. It allows for easy documentation of processes too.
Easy and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize it however I want! I was previously using the chart option on Google Docs, but it was very complicated. A coworker recommended I use Lucidcharts & it has been so much easier! I also love that I can upload the flowcharts directly into my Google Doc - it is so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Lucidchart, but it would be great if more simple templates were available. Most of the templates are very complex and I am usually looking for something very straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mainly using Lucidchart for flowcharts of our company's processes & procedures. It has been very beneficial to our new hires! The charts have been included in all of our training documents.

Works great for creating basically any chart you'd need quickly and easily
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many templates to work off of that any chart you would need to create for practically any business reason can be found and customized quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality takes a little getting used to, as far as customizing actual elements within the charts and other basic functions. But they include a tutorial/hints that are very helpful to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I consult companies on operations and organizational efficiencies, so being able to chart and diagram from my analyses and for mapping out plans for moving forward is critical for making recommendations to company executives. Lucidchart makes it quick and easy to do this for any type of diagram you need to create for any situation.
