Great collaborative functionality for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from being a cinch for existing Lucid users to pick up and collaborate with their teams, the baseline features are pretty intuitive for users unfamiliar with digital whiteboarding. Easy to organize, expand, comment, and iterate the board over multiple sessions. Importing isn't perfect, but it is nice to have when team members need to unify ideas/plans drawn up elsewhere. Spell-check, breakout boards, and voting are great bonus features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live, multi-user collaboration can get more complicated with large teams (not an issue unique to Lucidspark). It would be great if Lucidchart and Lucidspark were even more closely connected, but I suppose they can't be one product, and one must draw a line somewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across business units (especially outside product) and participatory design sessions with clients/users.
Excellent took to design process other diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy use of the tool with low cost. The tool is flexible to make changes and to collaborate with other members of your team and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more icons to be added to the tools to ensure users are not downloading and importing new icons to developed diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont need to spend a large amount of money into other tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an inexpensive solution with a lot of powerful options, Lucidchart is your tool.

There wasn't much I disliked, but I felt the free version was a bit limiting.

Nothing on their web interface. But maybe you guys should consider building desktop apps for Mac/Windows

No longer pushing around meeting minutes on other applications and screenshots. easy to use for all people involved
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best tool by far for paperless team collaboration with lots of features. Easy to use interface and not need to train/trach people how to use it.

Better Understanding of my Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucidspark to help build out an org chart for my top accounts as a sales rep. I really like the ability to build out the chart quickly and easily. It is simple to use and allowed me to build out a fairly comprehensive chart that I can continue to expand upon as I have more and more discussions with the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realized that you had to right click to move around within the lucidspark just recently, but before that I did find it more tedious to move side to side or up and down within the sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to get buildout an org chart for my top accounts. It has provided me with better visibilty than I have had in the past because I can see all the different departments and contacts and how they roll-up to one another in a single view. It has helped me identify people and/or departments that I should target knowing we have strong relationships within the group or possibly do not have any ties at all. I have been also able to tie technologies and processes to these different groups too, which has allowed me to be more pointed with my reachout and have a better strategy going in.

In Lucid, Iike User interface the most. Good interface makes me to use the application more

When it is integrated with Confluence and tries to click on the image, it does not open.

Explaining complex Architecture became easy, and collaboration with others became convenient

Collaboration within a cross-functional team is easy to maintain.
I liked how i can share an agenda, tag people, organise ideas and vote others also follow them.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is that I can connect with others ie, they can see my ideas also i can follow them. A plan can be shared so that all the people are on the same page, and also voting can be done which helps in deciding things.The most stricking feature is that there are lots of templets available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trial period can be for a week to get proper hands-on of the product. We need some support from the outside USA to bridge the language gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucidspark as a tool to express ideas. Ideas can be randomly put there and then later organized and shared with others which is great. The option of adding a timer gives it an edge over others and specially when we can follow others and tag them in the comments for which we are on the same page and things go smoothly.
