What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid offers a powerful and intuitive platform for visual collaboration, there are a few areas where it could improve. One of the main drawbacks is performance—larger diagrams with many elements can sometimes cause the interface to lag, especially when multiple collaborators are editing simultaneously.
Additionally, while the tool integrates with many popular platforms, some integrations (like with Confluence or Jira) could be more seamless and customizable. There’s also a bit of a learning curve for new users unfamiliar with diagramming tools, particularly when trying to navigate advanced features or customize templates.
Lastly, the pricing structure might be a barrier for smaller teams or individual users, as many of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans.
Despite these points, the overall value and functionality of Lucid remain strong, and the platform continues to evolve with regular updates and improvements.
