Easy Brainwriting Templates with Powerful Real-Time Collaboration

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What worked well:

- Easy‑to‑use, well‑structured brainwriting templates
- Strong real‑time collaboration and visibility
- Encourages equal participation and creativity
- Clear visual layout for grouping and reviewing ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
Areas for improvement:

- With many contributors, the board can get visually busy and require manual cleanup
- More built‑in facilitation features (e.g. timed rounds or automatic grouping) would further support workshops
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart worked very well for running the brainwriting session based on a predefined template. The template structure made it easy to kick off the workshop quickly and kept everyone aligned on the objective. Participants could contribute ideas in parallel, which reduced bias, encouraged quieter team members to share input, and resulted in a diverse set of ideas for the team event.
Collaboration was smooth and intuitive—real‑time editing, comments, and visual grouping helped the team build on each other’s ideas without confusion. The visual format made it easy to spot themes and cluster similar suggestions, which was especially useful during the synthesis phase.

Intuitive Lucid UI That Makes Visualizations Easy

  • March 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI of Lucid. That is why, when my work is requires me a lot of visualizations, like flowcharts, I have to use Lucid. There are free alternatives, like draw.io, but most of them feels clunky to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It comes with a cost. Maybe add some more templates and icons I could use in the visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to communicate with stakeholders on the processes or framework.

Intuitive UI and Effortless Collaboration

I like using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for collaborating with coworkers on creating code architecture diagrams and sharing them with others. It helps us move away from working in silos, making it a collaborative process. I enjoy the intuitive UI and ease of use, making creating diagrams quick and easy. Also, the ease of sharing diagrams in multiple ways, like sending the chart itself or via email, as well as having a common home space for reference, is really useful! The initial setup was very easy, definitely a 10 out of 10.

Effortless Diagramming for Professional Proposals

  • March 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and how it lets me create a range of diagram layouts, from simple to complex. The ability to export these diagrams into a PDF is really useful, as it makes the diagrams look professional and is a nice addition to my project proposal documentation. This ease of use speeds up the initial planning of my projects, which helps me get more projects approved. Plus, I can tailor the diagrams to suit the technical level of my clients, whether they are technologically advanced or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a larger array of shapes and icons. Right now, I primarily use basic shapes with varying colors and labels to distinguish network devices in my diagrams. If I had specific Ubiquiti network symbols, I could make the diagram layouts look a little better. Overall, it’s not a big deal and more of a 'nice to have'. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to easily create network diagrams for non-technical clients, improving project approval rates and later troubleshooting. Its ease of use and PDF export feature makes project documentation look professional and helps communicate ideas to clients at different technical levels.

Visual Collaboration That Brings Clarity and Flow to Projects

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that I can share my ideas visually. In my opinion, it has a greater impact than the lists I was used to. There's a logical flow and a clearer understanding of what needs to be done during my day, within my team, or even for a project (as I work in a construction company).
What do you dislike about the product?
I just started using the application and I don’t find any particular problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The logical sequence in carrying out my daily tasks; project tasks; sharing clear ideas with my team. Personally, I work best with visuals, so I greatly appreciate being able to organize things more effectively. Also the toolbar is very practical and easy to understand (not too overloaded and customizable).
