Great visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to share ideas with your team. Especially when working from home, the ability to "whiteboard" together makes a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be disorienting or overwhelming / cluttered when not managed correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical/ cloud infra problems. Being able to visualize a data pipeline or establish tasks as a team is incredibly useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate with team members while working remote. Drag and drop UI. Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is browser based, not app based. Not a breaking point, but would require a connection when not connected. Document attachment would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint planning. We currently use Trello board for our sprint planning and collaboration across interdepartmental teams - usually for our stand up meetings every morning. This tool allows a visual, quick glance at our priorities for the day / week as well as allows options for voting and retrospectives to flow more easily.
Brainstorming Meets its Virtual Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
It lets me brainstorm in real-time with colleagues and has tools to automate using several templates side by side. It's like I have an infinite whiteboard with a mini-map.
What do you dislike about the product?
It translates loosely to a regular chart once done brainstorming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a few legacy processes I needed to replace. They were far too big to solve by just writing them down or using a simple mind-map diagram. I needed to consider several aspects of the project at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out with another person. It has a lot to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is connected with LucidChart which we use on a daily basis. It gives us great user experience and allows also to integrate it with others tools from Microsoft, Attlasian etc. Overall its perfect to use it and very natural to make brainstorming sessions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more features f.x. you can divide board into areas and than users can go with Table of content to move around [very useful when you do workshops about few topics or you do training with exercise sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it more and more to conduct my IT team workshops where some decisions, brainstorming sessionns are needed.

Flexibility to model any sort of framework or diagram.

Collaboration tools are not great. For team collaboration and live workshops I prefer MIRO

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very easy to use tool for planning, action mapping, and visually designing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to describe right now.

I use this tool when meeting with subject matter experts to plan the content for eLearning training modules. This allows them to do a "brain dump" that can be easily organized and a great visual.

This is a great tool for instructional design. It is easy to use, allows collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Great for visually planning content.

Initially, difficult to find & locate existing shared lucid chart.

A Great Collaborative Diagram Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The power of the cloud for large diagrams compared to having Visio local to my machine.

Not being able to switch from view only to edit mode.
