Awesome diagramming and cross collaboration! Easy, simple and sophisticated in all aspects.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the tool (drag and drop shapes) to allow me as a technologist to easily whip up some awesome diagrams to solve one of the world's most challenging problems! It allows me to create a blueprint for my simple to complex applications and gives me the ability to help my clients "visualize" their ideal app concepts or gaps within their business requirements/processes. It helps me build more trust, it allows me to collaborate with my internal and external stakeholders on projects interactively, and it helps me do my job better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, just some constructive feedback: add more shapes on Lucidspark just like Lucidchart. I'd like to see better options to create borders around my workflow diagrams, for which currently I am using "lines". I'd also like to experience better loading speed. Currently, it takes up to a minute sometimes to load my diagrams which can be pretty frustrating on live customer calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucidspark to do similar things I do with Lucidchart, which includes:
- Creating the app blueprints (such as data models, workflows, and process maps) for some of the world's most challenging business problems, including Covid-19 related applications. These "blueprints" help me collect notes on customer calls while brainstorming on how I can help bridge the gaps in their business process. It helps me visually communicate the solution(s) I can provide as a technologist to improve/automate my customers' processes/workflows.
- Creating internal network diagrams and other workflows for presentations about product knowledge.
- Cross collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on various projects/team building sessions.

The ability for multiple users to edit the same diagram

No layers functionality available and more types of components would be useful

I wish it was included in our LucidChart subscription and not a separate product.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid spark is a combination diagramming and mind-mapping tool that helps collaborative brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay and manage an additional subscription when already subscribed to Lucidchart.

Software product design, business processes, User experience design.
Easy to use, powerful tool for process mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to learn how to use this product. It's extremely user friendly and has many options to customize your process charts. It is colorful, well structured and makes mapping a breeze. It also boosts collaboration in teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small details related to the functionality of adding shapes and the way arrows point when adding them to charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to map complex business processes that are easy to read and follow. My teammates have enjoyed seeing the charts I am able to create.

An essential tool for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Our team thrives on the ability to co-author in real time. Our collaboration and creativity skyrocketed after implementing Lucidspark.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, excellent product. Would love it if they had not-for-profit pricing to help organizations like ours use this to fight the pandemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with mapping processes and ideas. Other platforms were just too clunky and flat. Lucespark allows us to collaborate in real-time and bring our ideas to life.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use. I used this product for making my flow processes which is super easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe make this more user-friendly. Sometimes you need to struggle to find the tools.

I can prepare my flow processes and organogram easily using the Lucidspark product.

It is very good product and could ease out some of the processes if you use it properly

Nothing - it's so much fun. It is such a great tool!

I am creating collaborative boards for my students to work on. It's been so fun to see the students working together and having a comfortable space that they can collaborate and efficiently use the tools.
LucidSpark for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
easy to learn and use, maintains excitement of in-person sessions

need more color variations and control, confusing which link to share with perticipants

workshops to collect input and gain insights, review boards to collect campaign elements for review, quarterly boards to review work-to-date and track overall group improvements

Use it. You won't regret it. Several clients have begun using it after our experience as well.
New collaborative tool with a familiar, comfortable feel
What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy being able to do virtual collaboration with teams and then being able to move our work back into LucidChart for further work in a familiar environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the inability to move around the canvas without using the view-portal or 'mini-map'. The lack of a more intuitive way to move around causes confusion for my customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COMMUNICATION! It is THE main problem that we have and the biggest benefit we find using Lucidspark. Words are hard and frequently overloaded. Getting people to communicate more pictorially breaks down barriers and lets everyone be heard.
