Helpful for website sitemap development and membership workflow
What do you like best about the product?
As an avid user of Lucidspark's diagram and chart designer, I am quickly able to collaborate with my team to brainstorm and share ideas on everything from website sitemap development to our complex membership workflows. The simple drag and drop interface makes it simple to include blocks and shapes of different types to represent and indicate numerous elements and components of our project all in one virtual whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account signup wall can be tricky to have team members get past. I'd eventually like to see a guest preview mode where team members can view my Lucidspark diagrams without having to sign up or sign in. In future, it would also be nice to see integrations to other platforms such as Asana. Other comparable platforms, such as Miro, are slightly too vague in scope when it comes to virtual whiteboarding tools, however, they allow for linking blocks to live-updating Asana cards among other productivity tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is helping my team break down complex systems, charts, and diagrams into simple beautiful virtual brainstorm sessions! Lucidspark makes it easy to loop in vendors and others as well. I have most recently used Lucidspark for a website sitemap development project as we layout our navigation, content blocks, and recurring content across our website revamp. Using Lucidspark has increased my team's productivity to iterate on system designs, proposed layouts, and our overall decision-making process that much fast with a higher calibre of informed thought thanks to this virtual whiteboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I enjoy having my entire team on Lucidspark to ensure that collaboration is made simple by empowering team members to review designs and project workflows, leave comments, and suggest revisions to specific project boards. Try using different types of shapes and colourful highlights to denote points of importance.

I've tried a lot of software for flow and chart creation and none compares to how easy and complete is lucidspark
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate having to pay monthly. I would love to pay a one-time fee for the license and use it at will.

The pattern suggestions. It helps me save time and I'm always able to cover a lot of my product workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
There's limited access for a free trial and I think It's important to make some of them accessible as the free trial experience is the most important. I could decide on what to do next from there. If the major features aren't accessible, then my experience will be limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product Enhancement and workflow. It helps us collaborate across boards and still communicate optimally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For me as a Product Analyst and as an enthusiast for simplicity, Lucidspark has helped in making my work seamless- majorly the collaboration and real-time engagement that it deepens/improves due to the "share" option. it's simply been a great experience. I highly recommend it for major product enthusiasts and analysts.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates that are available are great. The templates are a real time saver if you don't need to use a more free flowing board or chart. I really like that it is easy to collaborate with other and share ideas quickly. The feature that allows for strategy mapping has been very helpful to my team and I. We are currently trying to improve an already existing program and potentially design our own software, so this has been a really great tool. Additionally, all of the hints and tips have proven useful when first starting on Lucidspark and Lucidchart. I tend to watch the helpful "how to" videos when I need exxtra help!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any complaints about Lucidspark or Lucidchart. All of the versatile features have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making flowcharts helps me to visualize projects and show others my ideas. It makes it very simple for team emebers to create their own proposals and then be able to share it with everyone and decide which makes the most sense. We use this a lot for proritizing new projects and optimzing our efficiency as a team. Also, we like to use the collaborative whiteboard in meetings to visualize what we are discussing and easily take notes, so we don't forget what was talked about. The collaborative whiteboards are user-friendly and have polling features which makes it very simple for teams to decide on their next project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think adding more of the "how to" videos would be helpful. Instead of waiting for a customer to ask questions about specific features, maybe have videos that show the more advanced features and common uses for them.

When I started, I could not see the lucidcharts right away even though I was logged in with the same domain as my coworkers. They had to give me read permission explicitly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using it to domain model our new feature. It has multiple levels of abstractions, and it helps to visualize it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd love it if there were a text version, e.g., PlantUML. It would be mainly for engineering to have versioning.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use because I do not have to train my team. I really love how user friendly it is, especially I do not have that the most tech savy cowokers, so it reduces the time taken out for questions and help.We like that we can share practically anything on the software. Voting is also a big bonus for us. The software just saves so much time compared to other interactive business software (zoom).
What do you dislike about the product?
I use more than one lucid software; it would be nice to have all the different softwares in one place. I just do not like having several different tabs open when I can easily navigate through one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to meet within social distance guidlines, it ensures that everyone has a voice and everyone is being heard. I like that ensures fairness among my team. It also helps us stay focus, there are no real distractions when using the softwares, it increases our effienciency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use. There are not too many softwares that are actually user friendly.

Unexpectedly pretty neat!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use compared to others. We demoed 3 collaboration software packages and this was by far the easiest to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Mural had a cooler feature where one could pan over to different slides... if you wanted a neater way to transition slides on a presentation...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It turns out that my role doesn't need to host a bunch of large brainstorming meetings, so many of the templates didn't apply to me. The Lucid Chart was a quicker version of VISIO that came in handy for my role/job. With some refining and work I think it could be more relevant to my job.
It opened up new ways to work for my company.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark helped me to build a full chart workflow for my soon to be open factory. The app is easy to understand and work on. I didn't need any additional walktroughs or anything. If you are in business apps regularly you'd understand and see what you need to do when you want it. Being able to watch and see what has been done is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Altough I don't need it I'd like to have this app in Turkish Language aswell. Generally I do like to have the app for my team because we are able to communicate and see what to do unfortunately my team is unable to understand the app because they don't know English well. That's what you should improve as I believe you'd get more people on board from Turkey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to build a check-list like chart so I don't miss any important step on my work. It also let me watch over my collagues. I can see whoever did what and that's a great thing for the amount of money we pay!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will definetly help you in a lot of ways. You'd be able to work as one with your team, without any hassle. I wish I knew this app before. Just give it a go, try to plan a chart for your company and think about your steps. After then you visualise it and try to show it on the screen. You would see that it is easy to print out.
Lucid is very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to deploy new cards to the board and that when using Lucid you have a "actual meeting room experiene" which is limited during COVID times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to follow the presenter all over the board. Sometimes people get distracted and fail to follow the flow of the meeting and then have troubles to find what is being discussed currently. It'd be great to have a feature allowing to summon all people to a certain place on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not being able to meet face to face with the team in COVID times. Lucid is a great tool to emulate the whiteboard experience on-line. Without it we were stuck with simple shared text document. Now we can deploy cards, draw and feel as though we are in the same meeting room.
