Powerful Tools for expressing thoughts & remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
With covid-19, most of the IT industry is working remotely. Tools like Lucid help us cover the whiteboarding & brainstorming sessions that used to happen when we all were working from the office. It's interactive & at the same time does not miss any conventional modelling features to document system designs, flow charts, sprint retrospectives, etc.,
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I could think of at the moment. It is a great product.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the UI. It is very easy to pick up and use, intuitive.
I currently use Lucidspark for brainstorming and producing flow charts for processes and software.

I would like to be able to use multiple boards at the same time and save each board separately.
I think it would be nice if the team could break up certain tasks easily while collaborating on the same overarching board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use microsoft teams but the whiteboarding functionality is not great, so lucidspark helps make brainstorming tasks easier.

Collaborative tool to bring your ideas to life
What do you like best about the product?
The templates help me formulate an approach but leave me enough flexibility to easily customize to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints but suspect that I'm only using a small portion of the functionality available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team is working through new business process and solution architecture. In both cases we've needed a tool to help us put our conceptual ideas into something more concrete for discussion and refinement.
Excellent and useful tool for designing boards and for great communication and cooperation
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and straightforward to use. There are a lot of tools and space. Browsing templates is easy. Structure and collaboration are excellent.

I don't currently have any dislikes for Lucidspark or Lucidchart

We were brainstorming, creating boards, and working on workflows, diagrams, etc.
Collaboration at it's Finest
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the collaboration tools. You can share the Spark with your team, and each team member can add their project ideas and comment and add to other team members' ideas. I also love the integrations between Lucid Spark and Lucid Chart, which allow you to do all of your brainstormings in Spark and then move that into flow charts and diagrams in Lucid Chart for a finished plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still a little new to the product but at the moment I have not noticed anything that really frustrates me. It is very intuitive to use, especially if you have been using Lucid Chart for years like I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using it to collaborate as a team during Covid-19 due to remote operations. We had some extensive projects underway when Covid broke out, and being a part of Zoom calls all day was not ideal for any of us. Lucid Spark enabled us to continue our work and be more productive when it came to individual team members' time.
right tool for the job...
What do you like best about the product?
So much more than a shape drawing tool. Of course it is that, but the real value comes from the collaboration element, breadth of the shape library and the instructional content that helps me use the tool properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance latency is sometimes an issue and templates are great for kickstarting new ideas, but the UX is complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Depicting workflows to business leaders is job #1. Second up is depicting various IT architectural concepts. Using the interactive features improved engagement. Being able to convey complexity in an understandable way is what I am paid to do, and Lucidspark often helps me do that.

The benefit of Lucidspark is its ability to display algorithms and hierarchical charts that are easy to create and understand

How quickly you can note ideas using sticky notes. Perfect for brainstorming ideas over zoom

Arrows between sticky notes detect better when to auto anchor

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the dynamicity in the generation of mind maps.

I would like to have more personalization. E.g., more colors, more shapes.

I am using it to summarize my research. I also had a good feedback when I shared mind maps of my lectures to the students.

Yes, I definitely suggest it. It is amazingly fast and smooth.
