Lucidspark - A Essential Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily create process workflows. Also, it is great to be able to live edit the files with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it was hard to locate the last chart that I was working on. I had several charts from various departments and it was hard to locate each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing new process workflows for our company. Lucid allowed us to create a custom workflow that was easy to read and understand.

Enjoyable user experience, loads of different pre-made templates for all sorts of needs, intuitive, supports collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be grand if it could support integration with Google Docs as we use a lot and would benefit greatly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mapping out customer journeys and operations processes to support better onboarding for our clients. We've just started using Lucidpark, but hoping to utilise it more in the future. It's also great for the visualisation of various projects.

If you're looking for an easy, user-friendly, and cloud-based collaboration tool - that's definitely the tool to use.

The flexibility and the capability to design efficiently any kind of chart, without designing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectors act a little bit weird, but once you understand their behavior, you can use them properly.

You can visualize any procces with a tons of graphic resources. This is crucial for sales ops. department
Lucidspark makes it very easy to draw flowcharts and diagrams that you need!

The accessibility and easeness of use! It's really friendly to use

Nothing much, the price is a tad steep for the premium option but if youre a heavy user its worth the cost!

Creating diagrams and flowcharts. eg, valuestream charts. Its great!

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark reduces the friction between idea and execution by allowing me to collaborate with my colleagues in real-time remotely

I have not found any noticeable downsides with the lucidspark product

I am using LucidSpark to do data engineering software development. Specifically, managing software development among a dispersed remote team while still maintaining the same ability to brainstorm and creatively work together
EXACTLY what I was looking for!
What do you like best about the product?
I can move things exactly how I want! Lucid Spark helps me be so, so much more organized, and I can get what I need to be done without the mess of actual sticky notes all over. I love that I can collab with coworkers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered anything that I dislike. It took me a few tries to get moving around the screen figured out, but I've got it down now. Very user-friendly and easy to learn.

I can stay so much more organized and on task!
Whiteboarding Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
UI is clean and easy to navigate. Works great with touch screen and easy to send mockups to relevant people.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, seriously! I have everything needed on Lucidspark and cant find any downsides of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use it during requirement workshops and it is easy to capture and present what is needed.
