And easy fast forward way to streamline visual content
What do you like best about the product?
With how-to videos and widgets to explain icons for first-time users, there is no learning curve with this product. It allowed me as a new user of the product to create content quickly and efficiently. As well, the visual graphs we can make are very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the charts are customizable, we can only use the templates that we are given. I wish there were a way to import or create our personal products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have solved are steaming line visual content creation, the ability to create engaging, no cheesy charts, etc. These are huge benefits when it comes to my position in content creation.

Virtual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid allows collaboration between different parties in different locations, is very user-friendly and is easy to navigate. I would recommend anyone that needs virtual collaboration to utilize LucidSprack!
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked all the features that the vendor has to offer that make virtual collaboration much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to communicate virtually but in real-time and make this display that allows you the classroom feel and office environment!

What do you like best about the product?
integration with Teams, zoom and google drive which makes it simple for us to collaborate easily in the current pandemic scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of any thing specific as I along with my team members had excellent experience

We were trying to create workflows for various processes and which required inputs from multiple sources and lucidspark helped in capturing the thoughts effectively to finalize workflows. These we could convert into final workflow chart using lucid charts.

Useful Platform for Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidcharts are great for creating timelines, templates, org charts and any project management / ops related tools. They have different color options and customizable templates which are hugely helpful and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adjusting org charts, the lines/arrows that connect two boxes can glitch out sometimes.

Great templates! Refreshing the page helps with glitches

Lucidchart clear leader in its class
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart gives you the flexibility to create many different kinds of flowcharts, visualizations, and documents. Its templates categorized by topic are top notch and is clearly the best software out there for my workflow creation

Certain features could use some refinining. In particular, the table feature can be a little difficult to work with.

Lucidchart provides the foundation for our Business Process mapping across our entire business (both internal back office and for customer specific workflows).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidchart is by far the industry leader for flowchart and business process creation. I was a former user of Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart is the clear leader. You can create anything from simplistic drafts to more complex flowcharts.
