Great Looking Tool That's Easy to Use.
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing feature for collaborating with work colleagues was a vital tool, especially when we were forced to work from home during the COVID lockdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no major downsides to the project, only request I would have would be for there to be additional templates to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needed a virtual whiteboard to collaborate on projects while we worked remotely. Lucidspark not only solved this issue but also showed that a virtual whiteboard could be useful even when work from home is no longer required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucid offers a base free version that I recommend people start with to make sure they will find the product easy to use and a good fit for their team's tech stack.
Great Usability
What do you like best about the product?
- The Interface is simply great!
- Plenty of Templates
- Many Functions
- Integrations. I actually think that really nothing is missing!

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't disliked anything. I have been using it for a week (Freemium). But I have some Feedback ;)
- Couldn't find a client version. I think having a classy offline version is still a plus ;)
- The training materials (Basic Course/tips and tricks) are a little hidden. There is also the section "What would you like to do", maybe "Getting Started" and "Tips and tricks" could be linked there as well. So it would be more visible to new user.
_ It would be nice to have the question mark button (visible on the home page) also available while working on a project

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am visualizing processes and roadmaps. I was looking for an easy-to-use, web-based application. Furthermore, I didn't want to compromise on powerful functions.
Lucidspark is very intuitive to use "out of the box". I think everyone can use it without training - but if needed, there are also self-learning units.

Light but powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Clean design, buttons are easy to locate and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom function is confusing and doesn’t work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming remotely with people
It's like sticky notes on steroids!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Google Keep (sharing, notes keeping) but functionality is very limited. Lucidspark has so much more templates that make notes/data points keeping much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription is decent for 1 individual but it adds up quickly with team setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the templates are so professional-looking. Flowchart, Kenban, Scrum Boards are quite primitive (missing business logic) but simplicity is the main selling point for simple setups.
Lucid Spark - Easy to use and works well with Visio
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use
Works well both in importing and exporting to/from Vision files. This is important to me as many of the people I work with uses it
The fact that its browser-based means I can work on my files across different computers, which is useful as I have a separate home office for my work from home days

What do you dislike about the product?
The autosave is sometimes annoying as sometimes I start editing the wrong file and there isn't a way to "unsave" the changes. Yes I know there is version control but I prefer a simple way just to discard all changes done this session
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my job scopes is to prepare functional specifications for users. Lucidspark provides me with the means to draw the various flow charts, use case, etc etc that I need to provide
Great tool for whiteboarding and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration features
Templates for most of my use cases
Chat while whiteboarding

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, the tool doesn't seem bloated with unnecessary features to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly while brainstorming a solution the way it instantly shows inputs from all the collaborators is great
Does work for multiple tools, we use it for retros, whiteboarding, planning

What do you like best about the product?
With Lucidchart we are able to create schematic (for me in informatics). It's perfect, you can work on it, change things, copy-paste... And then download it to send it to the professor. Moreover the examples are very useful and avoid to begin with a white paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the first sight, it's complicate to understand all the possibilities et how do we use the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For school, in informatics to draw class diagram before create them on JAVA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To start a drawing use the examples in the base, they are really useful.
