Powerful web based tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It feels like you are using a desktop application, but without the need to install anything. I am using it on Chrome. I have only scratched the surface of all the features, but export to various formats, diagram customization etc. is definitely powerful enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
When drawing a chart, default line styles, connector ends, etc. could be configurable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating data model diagrams for system architecture.
Great, but it can be expanded more
What do you like best about the product?
Simple fast way to throw out brainstorming ideas and connect them together. The drag and drop shape feature is probably one of my favorite mechanism for the lucid spark
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic features aren't included (or easy to find). For example, there isn't an icon to insert a bullet point list. Other dislikes and suggestions are posted in the "question" section of the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using lucid spark to mainly brainstorm capstone ideas with my team. We also use it to create user story flows to figure out how the user will interact with the product or their options for product features.
The benefits I found were that it's quick and easy to create charts to clarify each group member's own idea/ interpretation of a product/project. Sometimes I use Lucid chart or Lucid spark as a replacement for note-taking or brainstorming ideas.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like using open canvas to create diagrams with teams, Lucid spark is probably one of the easiest tools to use. it's simple to drag and drop shapes, drag and connect to other shapes, and simple ways to annotate or color code posts. It's essentially a digital whiteboard with sticky notes, but with more customization and organization.

It's not solving any problems. Just a nice feature
A great site to cooperate with your classmates and portay your ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked that there's a lot of options and the board is infinite (I gess haha). insted of some other sites that I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no much that I dislike really, it does everything I need so...
Perhaps I could say that you have to pay to get some features, but you know is not that is extremely expensive.

Currently I'm working on some proyects on my university, making flowcharts, some sketches, brainstorming, etc. You can make some fancy sketches and so.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a simple to use graphic visualizer. The UI was very familiar to Google's suite of cloud-based software. For this reason, it was very easy to learn how to use it. Its ability to collaborate in real-time is absolutely essential for any inherently collaborative service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its simplicity is the only aspect that I disliked, but it's not a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Lucidspark to help my construction competition team generate a work breakdown structure for the planning of our project. It was easy for us to visualize our plan and translate it into an effective schedule.
Great Product

Using Lucid Spark for Accelerator Design
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive and easy to use; I especially appreciate how easy it is to align blocks with other elements on the board. I especially liked how the arrows remain fixed when reformatting/moving sections of the diagram. The infinite canvas also made it convenient to edit.
Quick start/tutorial material also makes it easy to pick up how best to use the tools.
It was very easy to import/export/migrate the diagrams and data.

What do you dislike about the product?
While there is an extensive list of diagram templates, I would have liked some more computer engineering related components, such as an arithmetic logic unit (ALU) symbol.
When moving blocks around, the transition arrows would often not follow along cleanly. While they would still be attached, I would have to return and re-align the intermediate paths again to ensure they did not overlap.
When transition arrows cross over each other, it would be nice if it were clearer which arrow is which (perhaps an option to have one of the lines show a "hop" over the other?).
While working within a project was seamless, it could feel clunky working around the projects. For example, exporting images (for use in presentations/documents) and loading projects could sometimes feel very slow.
When working with text labels on transition arrows, I wish it was easier to set up templates or format all of them in bulk. I think if I had the ability to create even just three options, it would have really helped.

Explaining state transitions in a cache coherence protocol. This was previously done in a table, but a visual flowchart was much clearer for others to understand.
I also used Lucidspark to illustrate the design of a machine learning accelerator (at a high level), with a focus on the data flow through the hardware.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to familiarize yourself with the new features; the online instructional material is excellent.
Essay and intuitive to use. Very useful for collaborative diagrams development
What do you like best about the product?
Live collaboration and intuitiveness......
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile application limitations..........
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for a course workgroup task related to diagrams production allowing for the collaboration of people across organizations and continents, expediting and simplifying a proceeds that otherwise would had to rely on back and forward emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very useful, try it you will see how good it is.
Really easy to use and really helpful to explain examples
What do you like best about the product?
That it was used collectively by the team at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had to scroll across the screen to see the full picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as part of creating a marketing strategy for our company while working with the agency based in another city.
Easy to use, convenient to share
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart lets you design attractive, non-standard graphics that are easily understood by a wide range of businesses. Interaction with the product is fluid, images find their use in presentations, and data integrity is maintained when exporting to colleagues using Visio, Word, and Adobe Photoshop, and especially when saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often get annoyed with the UI, although sometimes it doesn't waste much space. For people like me who use tablets and laptops, it can be a giant to use the extra screen space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A wireframe is critical for all developers as it illustrates the business goals and constraints during development. When it comes to wireframes, I rely on Lucidchart, it's always been my first choice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can try Lucidchart now with a free plan.
