What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like
• Having to use the mouse to capture multiple objects for deletion/move/copy. Pen is not supported to do this that I can see.
• Having to select “line” every time I want to connect one object to another. I end up connecting the objects myself just as I would on a whiteboard so in a way, that’s OK. It just looks cleaner using the arrow function.
• Can’t use the “eraser” on the Microsoft pen. Need to select ”eraser” from the menu

Determine the use case and test with that in mind. LucidSpark has some nice features but I don't need all of them. I wasn't thrilled with some of the implementations of some features, however, my use case is for whiteboarding our solutoin to our customers. It works fine for this purpose.
Really nice tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the tool is designed. Also, I really like the simplicity of it. I think this tool is going to help a lot in creating a collaborative environment.
There are a bunch of whiteboards out there you'll utilize to collaborate along with your colleagues or to utilize along with your understudies. There's Padlet, Wakelet, Google Docs, OneNote, and more. Be that as it may, when I saw that Clear had made their claim whiteboard collaboration site I was excited. For those of you who are not commonplace with Clear, they make a few awesome web-based applications. Lucidchart (for stream charts and the like) Lucidpress (for energetic web distributions that look exceptional). I truly like what they make and I discover their items to be basic however effective and most of all viable. This can be why I was so energized and let me tell you, Clear did not baffle me.

Easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get started. There are tons of templates too. It helps when u are getting started but aren't sure how to create your charts.
Templates cover a wide range of uses for charts and the titles are intuitive enough to know what you are selecting quickly.
They also have videos showing a quick walkthrough of the platform and a help area to read more about how to do x.

I used the system to understand the organization's structure / processes. It's much easier to just see a visual about an organization or a specific process through a chart than just by reading about it.
