A great bit of kit!
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of lucidchart is super quick and easy and makes my job 10 times easier. Sometimes we have to create diagrams with no time to spare and the ability to not only create diagrams super fast but also have them look beautiful with seemless arrows and text is a huge bonus. The other great thing about lucid chart is the collaberation tools. I am able to share diagrams with the team for collaborations and have them make changes and updates as they see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training documentation can sometimes get in the way. There is a super annoying pop up that you have to click x to get out of that is constantly there. I dont know how to get rid of it so maybe its just me being stupid. Connecting arrows to each box can also be incredibly finicky and annoying. Sometimes you click on a box and have to spent 1-2 minutes working on getting it exactly to the center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majority of the problems we are solving are diagrams and being able to show the clients exactly how a setup will work. We have to make a large ammount of changes with clients and being able to make those changes on the fly directly with a client is a huge plus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are after something fast and quick, definitely give lucidchart a go.

Being able to plan out everything that needs to be done. It's much better to be able to move around stuff as you want unlike Trello and Assana.

My virtual whiteboard: the templates help with ideation, the presentation mode saves SO much time, and the UI is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a few more colour options in Lucidboard because. Oh - and I just wish I knew about it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all the ideas out of my head into one board is fantastic. Clients can see my thought process, from ideation to strategy, then execution. I've also been able to stop paying for multiple apps since Lucidboard and Lucidchart have everything I need.
Lucidspark provides a great platform for collaborative chart creation
What do you like best about the product?
The realtime collaboration is probably the best part of Lucidspark. Additionally the flexibility to be able to create multiple different types of charts and diagrams all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I really don't have any issues with the current implementation of Lucidspark. If I had to say something I would like to see better integration with tools used to display this content. The ability to seamlessly integrate Lucidspark with tools such as MS Office as Google Drive would drastically improve the workflow as changes are actively made on the charts being designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have mostly used Lucidspark for the creation of ERDs and flowcharts. Hands down the biggest benefit is being able to work in realtime with colleagues on a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend giving Lucidspark a try if you are looking to design any form of chart and or story board. Lucidspark is an easy to use tool that has seamless collaboration functionality. My team was able to get their work done quickly and effectively using the Lucidspark platform.
Flowcharts made easy and effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The look and feel of the interface and the variety of settings were the most enjoyable. Building a flowchart was straightforward, even for someone who is an absolute beginner. What I enjoyed particularly was the 'sticky notes' feature in the visual boards, it helped our collaboration tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was somewhat challenging to figure out how to navigate first, but I caught on after some time. The controls are not every intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Lucidspark to take an in-depth look at our company's user email journey. The benefit was that the whole process became effortless, and the visual representation of the problem helped us solve it a lot quicker. We particularly enjoyed how Lucidspark's features enhanced the collaboration.

I haven't had much that I've disliked so far! we have had trouble sending a chart to someone outside our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of lack of visual representation of a flow, process, model, etc per the business. Lucidspark helps us design and bring a visual to a complex process. We've had a number of times where we NEED a platform to 1.) show a complex visitual. 2.) allow the team to collaborate together on the chart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great way to draw up processes, thoughts, brainstorming whiteboard, and more. I think you need a license for everyone though because sometimes it's hard to share a chart or board outside of your organization (or maybe I need some additional training).
