What do you like best about the product?
This platform allows easy creation and exchange of professional diagrams. You can support the needs of your company in terms of communication and collaboration, from project management to brainstorming or even system design. It is easy to use and the interface is organized, it allows you to navigate without problems. It has a great variety of tools and functions that allow you through keyboard shortcuts to establish a work flow and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
our experience has been satisfactory, without problems, but at first it was a bit overwhelming to have so many tools and functions that we did not know how to implement. As time went by, now if we can take advantage of all those virtues that the platform provides us. If they improve a little this could guarantee from the beginning a better performance to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use lucidchart to create flowcharts for better management in marketing processes and export them to PDF and share it with our clients. This contains a very large variety of templates that has served us perfectly to send the desired content correctly and in a simpler and faster way, in this way our work team maintains a working fluidity and significant time savings. The tools for creating graphics are very easy to use as well as sharing and collaborating. We are happy with the results obtained.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is suitable for any company, since you can easily create a flow chart or design plan and this provides us with significant time savings for the company, since it allows us to focus on other areas. It also allows you to share, collaborate, present ideas, organization charts, among others. You also have the opportunity to make simple sketches and posts for clear communication with our team or with the board. Totally recommended.

The ease of use. It has a huge variety of shapes and customization options. The templates are useful as well.

I had a few issues when I wanted to download and transfer the files in the appropriate formats.

There are several things I like about this product:

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more icons we could use in order to illustrate different points on the charts. For example, I wish there were specific Salesforce icons for when I am doing a chart or diagram related to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, my team was using Powerpoint in order to build charts. It was frustrating because you had limited space in which to build the chart and make it readable. Now that we use Lucidchart, it's cleaner, better design and we're not limited by the constraints of a product that isn't intended to create these charts and flows.

The saving option for off line viewing sometimes doesn't represent what you're seeing on the screen

Simply the best option, just make sure that you have at least written down all the tasks and processes that you are going to chart, makes sense to have an organizational meeting to define the format and level of detail for the charts, so all business units give the same amount of detail when making charts

It has a lot more options to use than any other similar website and most of them are free.

Maybe the User Interface doesn't have the latest design nor it's as simple and intuitive as others.

Accuracy of picking up items and moving them. I think Text boxes should automatically shrink to size.

I like looking at diagrams to solve problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The look of the drawing tools and chart objects are generally crisp and clear, which makes them easy to use and understand. There is a diverse range of projects and uses available for Lucidchart. We can draw on existing templates that help to give us a good starting point for our charts. I like that we can add many users and the pricing per month is relatively low.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once charts get lots of nodes and boxes, it can start to get hard to understand how to program and edit further data. It's mostly been beneficial for most of our project and product design planning activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart to easily create charts in a digital cloud-based space that lets several users contribute or plan together wherever they are. We don't have to actually be online at the same time to more the chart creation and editing forward. We can always come back to the charts at different times to add more information.

There are an abundant amount of chart templates for many different industries and project activities. We can sign up and start creating charts and diagrams in a matter of minutes. The cost to use Lucidchart is competitive with similar visualization tools based online.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes confusion when adding users and getting people to collaborate on charts. It mainly depends on the individual user's background in collaboration software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Lucidchart to work with other staff members on project planning and creating flow charts that can guide us through workflow and prioritization of group project activities. Lucidchart has helped us to stay on course to completing projects the way they were initially mapped out.

It was helpful to me to draw some charts out by hand at first and then pattern the Lucidchart chart off of that.
Simple and easy flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is great for making flowcharts it you’re an occasional user. It’s got lots of power, but you can still dive right in. It’s very economical if you only need to make charts occasionally.

Exporting is simple, but there isn’t a lot of control of what the PDFs look like.

What do you like best about the product?
I think having lots of charts that are made already to be used as a structure for new charts is really great. These chart templates cover many types of business planning needs and can be applied to many industries. I can even use some charts that we intended for other industries in my field for planning projects. Getting started with using Lucidchart and making edits can be done quickly without a significant amount of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many outstanding chart designs that have a wow factor that we can use in sales presentations compared to some graphics and charts platforms that are geared more towards advertising and marketing.

For planning purposes, Lucidchart has been awesome for helping me to create all sorts of charts without really knowing how to draw or even structure standard business chart properly. The tool are easy to use and the editing fluid and lets us connects points smoothly.

Give Lucidchart a try if you're making a fair amount of charts during your regular course of business. Visual elements can usually make information easier to understand and can let you meet your work goals faster.
