What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't disliked anything. I have been using it for a week (Freemium). But I have some Feedback ;)
- Couldn't find a client version. I think having a classy offline version is still a plus ;)
- The training materials (Basic Course/tips and tricks) are a little hidden. There is also the section "What would you like to do", maybe "Getting Started" and "Tips and tricks" could be linked there as well. So it would be more visible to new user.
_ It would be nice to have the question mark button (visible on the home page) also available while working on a project

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am visualizing processes and roadmaps. I was looking for an easy-to-use, web-based application. Furthermore, I didn't want to compromise on powerful functions.
Lucidspark is very intuitive to use "out of the box". I think everyone can use it without training - but if needed, there are also self-learning units.

Light but powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Clean design, buttons are easy to locate and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom function is confusing and doesn’t work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming remotely with people
It's like sticky notes on steroids!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Google Keep (sharing, notes keeping) but functionality is very limited. Lucidspark has so much more templates that make notes/data points keeping much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription is decent for 1 individual but it adds up quickly with team setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the templates are so professional-looking. Flowchart, Kenban, Scrum Boards are quite primitive (missing business logic) but simplicity is the main selling point for simple setups.
Lucid Spark - Easy to use and works well with Visio
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use
Works well both in importing and exporting to/from Vision files. This is important to me as many of the people I work with uses it
The fact that its browser-based means I can work on my files across different computers, which is useful as I have a separate home office for my work from home days

What do you dislike about the product?
The autosave is sometimes annoying as sometimes I start editing the wrong file and there isn't a way to "unsave" the changes. Yes I know there is version control but I prefer a simple way just to discard all changes done this session
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my job scopes is to prepare functional specifications for users. Lucidspark provides me with the means to draw the various flow charts, use case, etc etc that I need to provide
Great tool for whiteboarding and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration features
Templates for most of my use cases
Chat while whiteboarding

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, the tool doesn't seem bloated with unnecessary features to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly while brainstorming a solution the way it instantly shows inputs from all the collaborators is great
Does work for multiple tools, we use it for retros, whiteboarding, planning

What do you like best about the product?
With Lucidchart we are able to create schematic (for me in informatics). It's perfect, you can work on it, change things, copy-paste... And then download it to send it to the professor. Moreover the examples are very useful and avoid to begin with a white paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the first sight, it's complicate to understand all the possibilities et how do we use the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For school, in informatics to draw class diagram before create them on JAVA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To start a drawing use the examples in the base, they are really useful.
Great tool for sharing and cupturing ideas for brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with many services that our team and clients use like Teams, Slack, and GDrive. It has easy to use tools and templates to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to have more advanced tools: different shapes and more colour customization. It would be nice to be able to include the branding elements of the company. Many other tools provide the same functionality with more affordable pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created BCG matrixes, stakeholder map and business model canvases.
Very intuitive and user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is simple and easy to navigate. I like how I'm able to customize the shapes and fonts for my diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the integration with other cloud storage systems can be more smooth and fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Lucidspark for educational purposes. I mostly use Lucispark for my engineering and business courses to create flowcharts and diagrams.
Very good, helpful app
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about LucidSpark is the clear organised way in which it allows you to work. I use LucidSpark for work, and it means that I can display stats and information clearly for my students. I love the way you're able to quickly produce something that's worthy of being presented to a large group of people. I can create something informative and interesting within the space of around 20 minutes which is perfect for last minute lesson planning. The fact that all the shapes and text boxes etc are already made up, and all I need to do is resize them, make things run a lot smoother, which is absolutely perfect. I love the fact that it's simple, there's not to many buttons and the layout is nice and clear. It's easy to manoeuvre and doesn't overwhelm you with things that are too technical. For my situation, LucidSpark is perfect in creating a good visual, that not only engages and interests. Overall, and to sum up, I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone and everyone who needs a new and interesting software in which to collaborate and communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would have to be the colour scheme. Sounds simple, but it'd be nice to have a broader colour scheme so that my visuals are more interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidSpark has provided me with another way to present lessons to my students without ending up with the repetitive PowerPoint situation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the most of all the tools available to you.
Useful Collab Features, Visually Charged
What do you like best about the product?
The visual moldability is very compelling with LucidSpark. A solid flow chart can convey an exceptional amount of information; this platform makes creation of these resources accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating a larger graphic space can be challenging- works best with simple or reduced graphics across different device specs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow presentation and conveyance is great- also company organization for coherence across departments
