What do you like best about the product?
It provides and easy way to create mind maps that helps me to approach complex projects with a more organize way. Also it gives the ability to collaborate with team members and be able to give them the opportunity to provide ideas at any given time. With the easy to use templates that the platform have is easy to approach any type of situation because we don't have to start from scratch. We can tailor the template to our needs and have littler or more modifications to the template, but it provides a solid foundation from were we can start creating. This is a powerful tool for innovation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the integrations are not available in Microsoft teams, also I feel that the tools provided in the whiteboard section are very limited. It would be nice to have some sort of highlighter to highlight crucial points in the project for example, be able to drag and drop certain templates or predefine shapes like workflow process, or be able to research items from other templates and have the integrate with the one we are working on, not the full template but it would be nice to have more icons or items to use within the whiteboard section.

Be able to organize and approach a complex project make a mid map and have others to collaborate and provide ideas or assign tasks and keep track of it

It is easy to use and helps coordinate teams and have them know the status or task on a project, when things are really difficult to handle it is a good idea to create mind maps or brains storm ideas and have them collaborate with you on realtime. This provides effective tools to create not only mid maps but also it is a powerful tool to have a deep research on user experience and customer analysis to set the base for a development process. If there we don't have any experience with this type of process. Lucidspark provide us with very easy to use templates that are we can tailor to our own needs but have a good foundation from were we can start and continue with a clear idea on what we need.
Great for organization and brainstorming with teams
What do you like best about the product?
Together as a team, we can brainstorm ideas while creating mindmaps and using graphics to make it organized. The virtual whiteboard is super fun to use and the tools are very effective in communicating with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Provide more design elements to the board so it can be more sophisticated.

Great tool for complex diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I can add links, comments and it makes the flow easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I open the "Comments" icon, because i see i have some actions, then when selecting a comment there, I actually do not see where on the chart i find the comment, which box it belongs to.especially if the chart has several Tabs

I am using it to work on process flows affecting several roles with several different scenarios, including time frames and exceptions.

As one of the basic options for flowchart designs, Lucidcharts really helped me back when I desperately needed a free software online for an assignment involving flowcharts in my graduate program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts are straightforward but there are some functions being quite complicated and inconvenient for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems encountered are trivial, but some functions are inconvenient. Outside of that, everything else seems simple to operate.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool works really well as a digital replacement for an office whiteboard or bulletin board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's niche which is fine as it performs it job very well. Not everyone uses sticky notes or brainstorming as a primary strategy so it may not serve them well. People who do these though will enjoy it very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General Idea sharing, Brainstorming. Web-based so it's available to nearly everyone, multiple people can view and edit and space is not as limited as a physical board.

Treat it as a brainstorming tool that's easily accessible.
