One of the best graphic tools focused on online collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Affinity with multiple management and tracking methodologies. Journey, Scrum, Agile, Project Management, among others, all can apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks more graphic tools. Still very basic, but that makes it a fast and easy-to-use tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me in a very short time to have mind maps, scrum boards, create real-time idea sketches, and above all share ideas online with my collaborators to enrich the graphic charts.
great platform for developing infographics
What do you like best about the product?
The large amount of templates and possibilities to develops mental model graphics and process overview
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a lack of flexibility in controlling the graphic look of the elements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
business process visualization and brainwriting. i have realised that many of the conceptual bloks that I use in my boards can be used indistinctly in other boards. making my workflow faster and more consistent.
A very user-friendly tool, handy for brainstorms in times where we all turn digital.
What do you like best about the product?
The post-it tool that you can use with different people to organise brainstorm sessions. Additionaly, drawing arrows to make connections or being able to draw schemes with the different shapes makes it a good summarizing tool as well. The fact that you can export your document to pdf-format is an added value as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you have to switch between the grabbing and the navigating tool. When you have a document with a big scope it is not always super handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising brainstorm sessions, making the theory of change for our organisation.
Competent collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
When my team are all connected, it does feel like being at a whiteboard. Everyone's cursor shows up in a different colour and it's easy to see who is collaborating right now. It's great that new stickies can be added by simply double clicking and it's not hard to quickly create clear and neat (for the OCD amongst us!) diagrams, flows and story maps. As a user of Lucidchart it's good it shares a common UI so picking it up was very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find the pen function terribly useful, other than that it's pretty useful. I guess there's perhaps not that much to make it stand out from similar apps like Whiteboard or Miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been mostly using it to draw out process flows with the development team, though looking at the included templates, I might also use it to run the next retrospective too.
Tool apt to collaborate to brainstorm
What do you like best about the product?
lag free performance, ability to share with team and publish the document
What do you dislike about the product?
not much to dislike, only thing when a board is shared with with it only gives me option to comment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps in elicitation of business requirement and helps us in defining the business process at a high level, great tool capture the requirement during video conferencing calls
A tool for many uses
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it is flexible, allowing me to be creative when designing different workflow charts or other visual content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I also use an iPad Pro - I would really like to use my Apple Pencil more inside the Lucidspark with more capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically, when there are complex processes, I use Lucidspark to create the visual workflow. Lucidspark helps me create a logical, and professional visual workflow. Some items are Customer Facing documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Lucidspark to anyone looking for a powerful collaboration tool that lets you creatively build simple or complex content.
Very user friendly, quickly assemble logical thought diagrams, flowcharts, org charts, and more
What do you like best about the product?
how quickly I am able to assemble basic diagrams for a variety of purposes, as well as collaborate on them in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
not much really. The functionality of sharing with others is a little clunky, but that is a minor annoyance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
logical architecture diagrams, game rules flowcharts, thought maps.
Have been able to lay out thoughts or processes and share them easily with others. I especially like that the "page" just fits around whatever / wherever you started drawing - you arent running into page borders or zoom problems
Have been able to lay out thoughts or processes and share them easily with others. I especially like that the "page" just fits around whatever / wherever you started drawing - you arent running into page borders or zoom problems
Simply flexible and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
As a customer of Lucidchart, I found very useful Lucidspark as an integrated tool and to share ideas and take notes with my team
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion it can be improved in terms text formatting and shapes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am leveraging Lucidspark as a undefined whiteboard in brainstorming with all my notes, links among activities and priorities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Lucidspark answers very well if you are looking for a digital whiteboard
More Versatile Than You Think
What do you like best about the product?
The template diagrams, along with the pre-defined symbols, make it very fast/easy to create architectural diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the template diagrams come with non-directional connection lines. When I try to add new lines, I can only find directional lines, so it looks weird with some being directional while others aren't. If non-directional lines are available, I don't find them easy to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can solve organizational problems with Lucidspark , which I did not expect. I was only expecting to be able to diagram architectures with it, but I have found myself creating the equivalent of a jira board with lucid chart.
Visual tool, ideal for virtual brainstormings
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, very visual, and gives the possibility to replicate a lot of things that you would do in a room with a whiteboard. So I found it ideal for remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't use the commenting feature in the free version. It's a pity as it limited its use a lot and unfortunately, it's unlikely we'll go for a premium version as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote brainstorming, 10-stone voting, prioritization, drawing flows...
