Multi Use Modeling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Has standard templates as well as the ability to create custom templates. The UI templates make creating a simple mockup quick and easy. The flowchart templates are great for creating process flows. You can even create entity relationships as well for data modeling..
What do you dislike about the product?
We were hoping the ability to link data to a shape would allow us to have interactive wireframes. It appears this is only good for creating dynamic charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the tool to create simple wireframe mockups we can use to gather feedback. As must users are visual this helps us to quickly put a visual together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great alternative to other pricey modeling tools.
Great All in One Project Planning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create easy to read flow charts and covert them into hyperlink format is almond, an amazing value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep, especially if using it as an add-on to GSuite or Office365.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I knew what we needed. To do in terms of making charts and graphs clickable but was not able to fins the software I needed to get this accomplished. LucidChart s that software.

Great for diagramming and graphics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the interface and its intuitiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about the program... it has great functionality and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use case diagrams, workflow diagrams, custom graphics. The benefits are that we don't have to outsource graphics to other companies -- we can do it ourselves.

This tool is great for creating custom graphics for all kinds of uses.

Ease of Use, multiple uses, quick start and finish.

Difficult to get multiple users going on the same diagram

Diagramming our business processes to make them easier to understand and modify.

If you want an easy-to-use diagramming package, do a free trail, it's probably going to meet your needs.
Awesome online graphing tool.
What do you like best about the product?
First of all is very easy to get started drawing awesome looking graphs. No matter its complexity you have at hand all the tools needed, from drawing simple flowcharts to complex UML graphs, database relations, etc. The ability to import your graphs from other software is also a big plus. There is also a huge library of symbols and charts available. Also, hotspots and layers, gives a lot of control on what is displayed, so you can somehow animate your chart to turn on/off parts of the graph.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get a grip on drawing connectors with custom paths, especially when adding more than one right angle turn, I had to play a bit with the different options under the page settings menu to finally have control of their positioning. I also, recommend having snap to grid enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that is web based, really help us share and facilitate contributing, from remote users. You can just go to any customer and open your graph in the browser, getting rid of carrying around pen drives with the information. Moreover, it is possible in most cases, to import graphs from customers data. You can have a layer where the customer can make their recommendations to the project without the need for additional meetings. At the end, this saves a lot of time.

Fully recommend having a list of keyboard shortcuts, although I didn' t find one, you can build one yourself.
Excellent tool for real time collaborating for organizational charts
What do you like best about the product?
Good collection of templates and libraries. Integrates well with other apps and services

I found it difficult to use. Even the web based version. Because the charts were too huge, user experience was not so good

We were tracking google keywords across the organization website. Used flow charts to map various keywords for different pages. We were able to organize it well
Good software for teams looking to create visual solution
What do you like best about the product?
Creating flow charts is easy and it can get pretty complicated
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is a little confusing, to look for certain shapes and arrows, a lot of the times I just rework things until they sort of make sense. I wish they had a better direction of what's best for certain type of charts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to find a software that can create simple/complicated flow charts in the shortest time posisble. It's been doing well so far as it's a SASS platform but it's a little difficult working on a smaller screen and can be frustrating at times.
And I thought that diagramming couldn't be any easier
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone here loves to do less work be more productive (in order to earn more money) and that's what this diagramming software helps me do: I can start by saying that diagramming how I need to set-up the logictic aspect for each of my clients in education has become easier as Lucidchart enables me to pick out one template and start using it immediately. And what Iike a lot is that there are many sample templates to choose from. So here, the hardest decision you'll make is choosing one of the templates, because after that, you'll spend a few minutes clicking and replacing text so you can have a beautiful new diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really complain because this diagramming software seems to be very complete, but if you ask me, I would love to see a feature in some graphic elements (such as arrows) where I could rotate the movement of this element. I'm saying this because I have tried to do this several times with many figures of this kind, and I haven't been capable of doing it. I really tried to find more things I dislike, but the software even has a button to share your diagrams instantly on social media (which means I can't complaint a lot about it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This diagramming software enables me to make the logistic process for my organization easily and quickly. Since I started using this, I don't feel I need any other diagramming software.

After trying some diagramming software, I can say that this is the most comprehensive diagramming tool you'll find.
Great cloud based charting program
What do you like best about the product?
It's a completely cloud based and intuitive charting program. It is easy to publish flow charts that I have built so that other people on the team can review it. It is also very reasonably priced and the customer service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes drawing connector lines can be a little annoying. When you add an object, the lines may connect to it, even though you didn't intend it to do so.

Flowcharts for marketing based activities.
This is a great alternative to make some fresh diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using this software, I was quite amazed at its simplicity: the first thing I could enjoy of this tool is the variety of types of diagrams which anyone can easily just select and start using in a matter of seconds. I also felt a bit excited because many aspects of the chart can be easily changed (such as colors, figures, lines and many more things). In the past I had used a few diagramming tools that didn't allow for much variation of colors for my diagrams (which made them look a bit dull), but this one has been a great tool for making my diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I'm too touchy, but I dislike the left option bar. And what do I want to say by this? I mean that this bar lacks a couple feautres: first of all, this bar should include a section that shows templates for users just in case they want to change the current template for a new one. Finally, if users chose a different template for their diagram, it would be cool if the written information that users typed up in these diagrams remained there for re-use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I use a diagram software like this, I can be sure that my activities are recorded and stored safely. One example is if I need to change or update any logistic aspect of my business, I'd just have to open my stored diagram and make the required changes.

This online software is nice option for someone interested in making diagrams and even flow charts.
