Flexible for diagram drawing in a team environment and exporting multiple options
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is user friendly and using the drag and drop feature makes creating a diagram a very quick process, which I appreciate. It is great for both professionals and beginners alike and I also like the ability to export the visuals to multiple formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don’t have anything negative to say, for me the charts I’ve been creating are so nice to look at and good for presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual collaboration with teams feels natural in real time and its very useful for process mapping and the charts help with aligning service delivery teams because of how efficient it makes our workflow.

It’s flexibility is a key factor allowing us to create a range of professional diagrams and work flow processes with a lot of editable functions. It helps make diagrams so easily and it is efficient to use.

The free version does not have many templates as user requires but it boasts a much more superior UI for quick designing though.

Lucid Visual Collaboration has an easy to understand interface that makes it simple to make proficient looking outlines and flowcharts and I like the huge library of layouts and shapes, and a hearty arrangement of customization choices.

There isn’t any issues with the software it has all the features and functionalities that I need for my job.

The creation of important workflow process maps and charts assist with the implementation of core business functions.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for process mapping, workflow design, and visual collaboration across IT environments. I like how easy it is to turn complex ideas into clear, shareable visuals. I also appreciate how Lucidchart and Lucidpark function together as a single suite, making the experience seamless.

I think there could be improvements in advanced formatting and customization for very detailed diagrams.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite mostly for designing software systems and architecture, and it helps me collaborate and share my ideas effectively. I really like the design and simplicity of the user interface; it makes the software extremely easy to use without needing prior training. The free features make the whole suite usable, as I'm not forced to buy the premium for usability but rather for extra helpful features. The core being free allows people to test it as well. Containers in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite nicely automatically adjust, helping me organize different components in different boxes. The flowchart arrows adjust themselves perfectly, creating a tidy feeling, and creating these schemas doesn't take long. The initial setup was super easy, with no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the container feature is buggy and moving them around causes the directional arrows between containers or elements to disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize by automatically adjusting containers and flowchart arrows, creating a tidy design quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite primarily for process flows, process maps, and requirement discussions. I like that the interface is very simple and intuitive, which makes it easy for my business stakeholders to collaborate and contribute. The real-time editing feature is great because it allows diagrams to be updated during discussions, so I don't have to wait for the meeting to end before making updates. It's a nice collaboration tool that has made my workshops more efficient. The setup was pretty easy, which was also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes for heavier diagrams like architecture discussions, formatting does not remain consistent. Even selection of part of diagram to copy to another page is a bit tricky. But it’s primarily for heavy diagrams.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite simplifies stakeholder collaboration with its intuitive interface and real-time editing. I can update diagrams during discussions, eliminating the need to wait until after meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for complex flowcharts or when you don't know exact flow yet and need to think it out as you are creating it. It is a great way to get ideas down either in real-time or at the convenience of each user. Lucid has a simple and user-friendly interface making it super easy to learn and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrolling function is not responsive at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is much more user-friendly and easier to use. With it, I can easily build a chart, and I like how it shows the process in details from the beginning to end.
Easy-to-Follow Templates and a Promising AI-Powered Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The templetes were not overwhelming. There was a good amount of template, but it was easy to follow step by step. Lucid made it easy to see how to set something up, and how to create on their platform. Not to mention their integration of AI that I think could benefit people down the road with the continued use and development of AI
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in the free software the limited number of shapes you could use. I think its great they have a free option, but I think limiting the number of shapes is limiting. However having shapes and colors that are paid, but not limiting the shape count would be cool in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolved my schoolwork template. I used Lucid to create a working process for educational approaches. I think that it made the process from start to finish rather easy to see.

Flexible Diagramming and Collaboration That Makes Workshops Feel In-Person. I Highly Recommend LVCS.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is really a flexible tool for creating flowcharts. I like how it provides a whole lot of other chart tools. It is brilliant for diagramming and collaborating, and it makes it easy to run workshops online and draw technical design diagrams as well as timelines. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes you feel you are in the same room as everyone else is in the workshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the text box be a little easier to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to, and helps with organizing and planning ideas. It can be linked to Slack and Confluence pages and hence very effective and sharable. Another problem that it addresses is process improvement and visualizing the process.
