User friendly, and love the collaboration

I think the collaboration is definitely the most important feature and the low latency definitely keeps it higher than other places like miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the movements are a little wonky and buggy especially when others are connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Architecting data models and systems is very important and it gives a good way to collaborate about these ideas

What do you like best about the product?
The outline is very clear, easy to visualize the different among the groups. Able to deliver the message to the audience. The diagrams can be move around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it is hard to find the diagram, it is overlapping, and move around among the page is little bit hard too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provide a platform for visual the minds, brainstorm the ideas among the team. The product given the outline of the team members ideas and the summary of the thoughts.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple users are able to use, navigate and track each other's work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the features are a little hidden so you kind of have to dig.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need multiple people to collaborate on any given idea. It's easy to have them all work in one space without causing problems for other users. Easy to distinguish who is working on what.
Easy to Use and Helpful for Team Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is very easy to use, even for someone like me who isn’t very expert with technology. It helps me make charts and diagrams quickly, which is useful for work and group projects. I use it often during meetings to explain ideas better with my team. The real-time collaboration feature is the best, because several people can work together on the same file without confusion. It saves a lot of time compared to sharing files back and forth by email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can feel slow or laggy if my internet isn’t very good, which can be frustrating when trying to work fast. Also, there are many features, which took me some time to learn and get comfortable with, especially at the start. Another thing is that some really useful advanced features need a paid subscription, so not everything is available for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is helping me in a lot of areas where working with others or sharing ideas online was difficult before. One big problem it solves for me is confusion in team projects—earlier, we used to struggle with sharing diagrams and understanding each other’s ideas, but now we can all see and edit the same chart together live, which makes things clear for everyone. Another problem was keeping track of everyone’s suggestions or changes when working by email, but with Lucid, everything is visible in one place, which saves time and avoids mistakes.
It also helps when I want to quickly explain a plan or process during meetings, as I can just make a flowchart or diagram on the spot. Before, I used to find making diagrams slow and difficult, but Lucid makes it much faster and easier for me. Overall, it benefits me by making team collaboration smoother, reducing confusion, and saving my time when I need to organize or present information visually.

What do you like best about the product?
It save time. You can drop in sticky notes, connect ideas with arrows. You can work with your team in real time from everywhere because it's online. It takes all best parts of brainstomming in a room and puts them in a tool that actually works for remote and hybrid teams.I
What do you dislike about the product?
It can lag a bit when the document size is big or when too many people are editing at once. Some fetaurs are locked behind higher-tier plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the confusion and it give a platform where everyone can share ideas, workflows and plan. It helps me and my teamwork togehter, faster and stay aligned on task.

What do you like best about the product?
Showing clients the basic or complex layout of a proposed system/strategy is best done with Lucid Chart. Better than a doc or a spreadsheet in almost every way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using CTRL+Enter vs Shift+Enter to go down a line can be a bit of a frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I am ever designing a system, and it is too much to just keep in memory or I need to evaluate my structure, I immediately go to Lucid Chart in the Lucid Visual Collaboration suite and draw it out.
