Robust, Iconic & Full-featured Visual Collaboration, Charting and Diagramming Tool of 2025
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucidchart in 2016 in my previous organization as a Data Analyst. I like how Lucid has updated to a point of incorporating another separate tool (Lucidspark). As a Junior Analyst I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidspark) allows me to create hypothesis-driven storyboard where each sticky note hold a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I once downgraded to Individual tier in 2023 and that’s the only time I encountered issues since it couldn’t allow me to use the mobile applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my end, I brief senior team with visual representation where I stitch process flow, data charts and crucial takeaways onto a single client snapshot - it allows partners/stakeholders to walk through the deck at their own pace since it is available as a view-only link.
I had a very smooth user journey from the very beginning.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an easy to use, in-depth and highly efficient platform for both professional and individual use. I have used Lucid across a plethora of projects, with multiple teams and stakeholders. It is pretty much highly effective for any representation of workflow- whether that is in the sales pipeline, lead generation, UI/UX, all the way to HR/people management. It is super easy to use and make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
In addition to templates, there could be some guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables a clear visual process graphs and highlight dependency between the systems which we use to host design workshops when starting new projects with our major customers. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is not very difficult to set up and configure and projects can easily be reproduced.
Lucid is by far the best choice for quick diagramming and easy flow chart style control
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this tool is that it is much faster than most of the diagramming tools available in the market and it comes with a great suite of built-in shapes and icons for iconic professional diagram drawing and has a fantastic toolset on the sidebar for customizing my own charts and diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t really think of a pain point in the platform since it is an extremely capable diagramming tool that is also really easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful in creating flowcharts and process diagrams that represent the progression of a course throughout the semester which greatly helps teachers assess how students are progressing over time.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone in our organization use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It's easy and simple to use interface combined with reusable and intuitive design makes the process faster and increases not only employee productivity, but we are able to create and develop sophisticated and easy to understand diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a feature missing so far in our use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very user-friendly and it makes it an easy process to create workflows or any type of diagram. I have been using Lucid for a good time already and it never disappoint. The variety of different charts and projects set up is amazing and excellent.
Essential for Visual Collaboration and Seamless Event Planning - Experience Based on 2 Years
What do you like best about the product?
I first implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in November 2023 from my previous computer software company. All along up to my current Event-Services shop K have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to enhance visual collaboration and process visualization. Currently, I like how I am able to map out event-delivery pipeline via Lucidchart flow which I link to Jira ticket to keep everyone updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the past two years that I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never experienced glitches that lasted for over 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The technical whiteboard has been helpful in my organization by enhancing architecture brainstorming which help develop new ideas in the events planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an easy to use, collaborative tool that allows us to solve business problems. I love how it allows multiple users to collaborate and be on the same board at the same time. We find the ability to instantly share ideas even in a remote environment which is really nice. Also, i like the ability to see other user's perspectives in order to check flowchart's readability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great fit. For the past 3 years, i haven't recorded any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The array of solutions provided allows us to address a full range of needs. When connecting arrows from one object to the next, it's really great that you can connect them at any point and not just at certain nodes. I strongly suggest giving Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite a try.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables us to share and control the access of charts to users with a defined level of access. I like the fact that there are lots of options available in terms of shapes and size. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very helpful to me since day one. It is so much easier to learn our process flow and to map our should-be processes with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the best flow chart tool if you need collaboration. There's nothing i like least about it.

With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, collaboration is so much easier. It has been easy to use and has helped me with coaching calls and virtual presentations. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite also allows others to easily view and share content across relevant stakeholders.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Is A Diagramming Power house.
What do you like best about the product?
I found Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite really useful for my presentations and especially for building diagrams for cloud infrastructure. It is easy to use with plenty of templates to choose from that makes creation of internal process documents easy to create. Being that many of our ideas are complex in nature, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps to turn these ideas into a visual representation to make them easy to explain and teach.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a powerful platform that is very easy to learn and quick to create. I lack nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Behold organization for ideas, we use the comment feature to organize out notes for each branch of idea. Comments are great for not only feedback and small notes, but also for organizing relevant materials to a specific category.
Superb platform to diagram with effectiveness and professionalism on a great canvas
What do you like best about the product?
I have utilized this platform to create professional flow charts and it has been consistently easy to use, responsive, and visually appealing experience. It has a variety of tools, shapes and colors available and this has made it to be my go-to when I need to create a simple and streamlined flow chart for a work project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have very many cons about this platform only that there are few export options available so I wish they could add more. That is the only feedback for the Lucid team on this part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it particularly to create flow charts, process maps and SIPOC diagrams during product improvement projects. With this platform it has been possible for me to create business process models for almost every project through quick flow chart building.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is one of the most advanced diagramming tools that I have worked with. It's intuitive, user friendly and very easy to navigate. We have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's flowchart tool with toggled layers to create dynamic troubleshooting documents that let us follow steps in a logical way, rather than simply reading off a checklist.

Since 2023 i have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and i haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is really helpful to sketch out product ideas in a way that doesn't take forever to get the formatting in a place that doesn't look terrible. It is really useful to have two people working at the same time on the same document with the ability to see each other's changes in real-time.
