What do you like best about the product?
This tool is quick, easy to use, and lightweight, making it ideal for fast collaboration without any unnecessary complications.

The ability to collaborate live on the same diagram, leave comments, and track changes helps avoid miscommunication and speeds up decision-making. Templates, smart shapes, and automation features save time and help produce professional-looking diagrams quickly. It’s also very useful for presenting architecture, workflows, or mind maps during meetings and workshops.

Makes Database Design Easier for Learning
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be incredibly helpful in making database creation conceptually easier for my university assignments. I really appreciate its intuitive features like the ability to effortlessly connect arrows and form square boxes, which can then be easily copied, pasted, and customized with additional shapes and attributes. This makes it a breeze to lay out different types of data visually. The setup was quite straightforward, although having an initial introduction by my teacher helped simplify the process. I particularly like how the tool allows for seamless manipulation of graphical elements, providing a great hands-on experience for designing databases, which is especially useful in my studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that setting up the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite would have been difficult without help. Additionally, I wish there were more free projects available.

Effortless Diagram Creation, But Template Naming Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to create an Event Relationship Diagram far easier than many other platforms I have used in the past. Less stressful overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some templates are misleading and I feel have incorrect naming conventions.

It soothes my stress of creating my diagrams. Before finding this program, I would try to jumble an "ugly mess" together and call it a diagram.

From Messy Ideas to Clean Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it’s actually two tools in one that work together perfectly. You get Lucidspark, which is like a giant digital whiteboard for brainstorming and just getting all your messy ideas out. Then, you have Lucidchart, which is amazing for taking those ideas and turning them into clean, professional-looking flowcharts, org charts, or system diagrams. It's super easy to use, and the real-time collaboration is great—you can literally see your teammate's mouse moving on the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is really limited; you hit a wall pretty fast and it basically forces you to upgrade. The paid plans can feel a bit expensive, especially if you're just a single user or a small team not using it every single day. Also, it can sometimes be a little annoying to have to jump back and forth between the two different apps (Spark and Chart) instead of just having all the tools in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you're in a meeting (especially a remote one) and ideas are flying around, it gets chaotic. Lucidspark gives you a digital whiteboard where everyone can dump their ideas, sticky notes, and drawings in one place instead of a jumbled email thread or messy document.
