I really like this platform and would like to see future improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
The main reason I use it is that it’s completely online, and everything saves instantly, so you never lose a drawing or chart. This online feature also makes working with friends easy because everyone can jump into the same document at once. Plus, the main reason is the free account; it provides all the core tools you need to get started and fully test the system with no time limit. This way, you can get used to it before paying for an upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried using this platform to create a home floor plan, and that's where I ran into major problems. It's very hard to make things the right size, especially when trying to scale items like a bathtub or bed to human size on the grid. The program really needs basic objects that are already the correct, human size that you can just drop in. Another big issue is drawing precise lengths; if you need a 10-foot line, you have to guess and estimate how many grid boxes that is, converting the measurements in your head. This lack of accurate, easy-to-use measurement tools makes the app difficult to use for any detailed floor plan or building project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great because it gives me a place to brainstorm and draft ideas.
Great Customization Options to create block diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to customize my diagrams by adding text, shapes, images, and other elements as well as customizing colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this software is excellent, a new user needs some time to find a way around the menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have multiple maps in one document and easily input updated project data in flowcharts to present in meetings.
Lucid Spark: Great Interface and Card Mapping, Few Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Spark offers the best interface I've used. What I appreciate most is the ability to map each card as a table of contents, which makes organizing information much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Spark offers fewer features and available components compared to what I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenge that Lucid addresses is planning, helping to ensure that everyone’s thoughts are aligned. Using Lucid has worked out really well for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly useful for facilitating the collaboration of ideas with my team. The flow diagrams are instrumental in translating complex concepts into understandable workflows, benefiting cross-functional teams by clarifying how integrations work. The intuitive setup made the initial experience seamless, and I appreciate the ease it brings in workflow understanding.

I find the product helps in translating ideas into flow diagrams, enabling workflow understanding across cross-functional teams easily without any pain points.

The real-time collaboration features are excellent. My team can work on the same document simultaneously without any lag, which makes brainstorming and problem-solving much more efficient

Streamlined, Easy-to-Use Product
What do you like best about the product?
I have recently used Lucid to create a process flow. It was super easy to use as I could pick from a set of templates to get me started. This was especially helpful to me because I had never created one of these before. I had many platform options to choose from when embarking on the journey to create the process flow map. I ultimately chose Lucid because of its useability. I will definitely be using this platform again when I need to create more process flow maps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I didn't like was trying to figure out how to change the shapes in the process map, but after a few trial and error situations, I ultimately figured it out. Overall, I really like Lucid and will use it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform benefits me in being able to create what I need in a timely and easy to use way.

The AI assistant made it very simple to put my thoughts on paper.

There was a lot of features I didn't have time to explore but I bet they're great.

I needed some specific diagrams created and Lucid made it very simple, especially with the AI assist.
Great collaboration suite
What do you like best about the product?
Having visuals that are understandable by clients, internal teams and everyone. And those being amazingly easy to use, to create, and modify.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe limitations that it might have when you are on the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To put into visuals, the ideas that clients have, or the things we want to express to clients to ensure the idea is understandable, clear, and we are all on the same page

This system is easy to use and has an intuitive interface for displaying your workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues with Lucid Charts so far.

This system is the most effective tool I've found for diagramming our products and workflows.

The ease and speed at which I can leverage a template and create a mind map
What do you dislike about the product?
The loss of created content if you lapse on the license. I had created several maps, but did not use the product for several months. Once I got approval to get a new license, when I logged in, everything was gone. I assume this is a data retention issue on Lucid's side.
