What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no issues with Lucidspark. But then don't have a use for it rigth now. Maybe in the future if whiteboards get more adoption in our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Boarding" during meetings was extremely popular back when my org was still in office. I tried out lucidspark as a possible replacement since most of us won't be going back to the office.
Good if you're already familiar with the features and tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of sharing and available features and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps more tutorials or features or options available to types of objects and shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating flow charts for internal processes of a law firm
Good tools, just not used as often in my role.
What do you like best about the product?
Great application, beneficial and helpful. User friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is just not there for the amount of use. Free is always nice or having it as an addon, but hard to justify the cost per user when the co-authoring is not as heavy/required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Root cause analysis, the co-authoring, and ease of grouping info and users to add value in real-time is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not as intuitive to use as Google Jamboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideation sessions conducted remotely are easily manageable with Lucidspark
Good for general understanding concepts
What do you like best about the product?
Quick, easy to use interface. Boards feature is fantastic and very useful in the new normal. It is much better than powerpoint or visio, best of both worlds.
Lots of features that i have not even used yet,

What do you dislike about the product?
Fine tuning the board sometimes is a bit tricky. When i am selecting a shape and resizing hard it is hard to get hold of the shape in question. Board moves and moves out of focus, no snap back into the center button/feature is available.
No folder structures is currently available, it would be good to be able to create folders, sub folders to organise content.
Autoarrange to resize in the smallest cleanest format

teammates see the value you place on meeting, you come off as someone who cares not only about the topic of the meeting but the engagement level of your colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it a haul upfront to engage with. I think the internal branding between lucidspark and lucidchart is confusing and I am not sure how clients en masse are going to figure that out and engage with each appropriately

engagement on calls, ways to collaborate virtually to replace whiteboarding for in person meetings.
Decent Offering but Could Be Better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to both comment and resolve comments the most. Additionally, gathering elements by tags, color, reaction, or object helps when sorting. I believe dot voting is a newer addition, but it's also beneficial and on par with competitors. It's affordable. Spark is easy to pick up, but if you do have trouble they also offer training for your team. One final thing I like is that it's straightforward to bring Lucidchart documents into your sparkboard, which makes staying on track with premade workflows very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spark is currently lacking in diverse templates, making it harder to convince purchasing managers to invest in it for entire teams compared to other platforms. Spark also lacks integration which I believe they are working on, but they may integrate with your current software at present. Unfortunately, I think Spark initially released their product with too few features making it hard to make a case for picking them over their competitors who were already in the market for a similar price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made remote ideation sessions very easy to facilitate, which meant that team members could spend time where it matters most. Team members also felt that their ideas were both seen and heard, and the opportunity for team voting helped them feel that they weren't being dismissed out of hand. Lucidspark fostered increased trust in the direction we chose to move our products in at any given moment.
Kinda fun, otherwise neutral
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark was easy to use, and the real-time collaboration was neat (very much like Google docs in that regard). It was easy to create shapes, write text, import/paste pictures
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggled to find a great use case for this tool. It's pretty cool for collaboration purposes, but the organization didn't see it as worth the cost for the marginal benefits it provided in our context. I also wish it had more keyboard shortcuts; I'm a shortcuts kind of guy, so having to click the zoom button slowed me down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Lucidspark as a tool for software sprint retrospectives. As far as benefits, the voting feature was nice so that we didn't have to find other ways to emulate voting. Being able to see cursors in real-time was also helpful as people spoke so that they could virtually "point" to what they were talking about.
Great for planning
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive drag and drop features and ability to add in different kinds of annotation graphics helps communicate plans and strategy for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I only used intermittently for planning purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to communicate planning and strategy to fellow teammates.
