Pretty good software, does all the basics we needed as a company but doesn't meet all our needs.
What do you like best about the product?
1. like a virtual whiteboard, you can set it up almost however you like so it's beneficial for workshop meetings when you want to get groups to collaborate with a common goal.
2. Adding reactions & voting is handy so as a facilitator you can see what comments need more attention
3. Ability to save templates is really handy as I use the same templates constantly for things like team retrospective.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The software is laggy and there is a slight delay in comparison to competitors.
2. Doesn't allow you to see who contributed to what, so it's hard to facilitate discussions.
3. Grouping tool is hard to use, as you can only group things by tags or keywords
4. More robust Jira integration, that would allow us to visualise the dependencies between tasks

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for collaborating efficiently and effectively now that we are predominately working from home. Lucidspark contributes to solving this problem but as mentioned, it doesn't do everything we want.
Acceptable whiteboard for limited use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with Lucidchart and would be acceptable for planning inside an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm used to using Mural now, so Lucidspark's offering was more limited and higher priced. I'll choose to stick with Mural for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After trying it out, I've decided not to use it with my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try if you need an internal collaborative whiteboard tool, especially if already using LucidChart.
Evaluating opportunities starting from Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
collaborative whiteboard very helpful similar to Miro
What do you dislike about the product?
The options of objects are limited as choices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am brainstorming and scoping problems.
Comparable to other online white boarding tools
What do you like best about the product?
Available features, ease of use, similarity to other Lucid functionality creates an easier workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the features were a little more robust--maybe more of the voting features, timer, etc. like Miro or Mural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for online collaboration and workshops with my team. The greatest benefit is, of course, the ability to have all members of my team work on the board at the same time. That works very smoothly.
Good
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to leave notes and talk in meetings about it
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to let other people in to write
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talk and share ideas in a collaborative environment, we could review ideas while everybody watch and comented
LucidSpark is solid but unremarkable
What do you like best about the product?
Solid collab tool, though doesn't amaze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the feature to let facilitators direct attention
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to visualize brainstorms
Useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to connect with lucidchart and import google documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough ideation facilitation features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Behavior change for large populations in employer and individual health markets.
It's been good.
What do you like best about the product?
The toolbar. It's nice to have already made assets like boards, sticky blurbs, infinite boards. The options to align, arrange and organize that's a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited to creating assets and a color library, for example. There's more visual functionaility in a lucid chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of Lucidspaark is to be able to create, collaborate and share a service blueprint, journey maps, workshops, and retrospects.
Good features, but collaboration is hard to set up (at least from my company's experience)
What do you like best about the product?
The features and controls are familiar and fairly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration is difficult to setup for some reason
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently not using lucidspark now because of the collaboration issues my company ran with it. It was in theory going to enable us to do collaborative workshops (ie. design sprints) while being completely remote.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure to take a free trial if possible and do a trial run of its collaborative features. It was problematic at my company because we didn't give everyone licenses but the visitor links didn't work properly for us to collaborate.
Easy to use and collaborate with contributors
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to move items quickly on the board and see where others are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to click and drag to view the board without zooming out and making it too hard to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming with contributors
