Great Integration and UI, Minor Access Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with other tools. Additionally, I am a big fan of the user interface!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything negative that comes to mind. It did take a while to get access, but aside from that, I have no other complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of brainstorming and create technical diagrams, so this tool is really helpful for me.

Easy Collaboration and Templates, But Limited Advanced Features
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is simple and easy to learn, even for basic user. Real-time collaboration works reliably, and templates save time when creating diagrams quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, Perfomance can slow down slightly when working on very large or complex diagrams

It helps visualise ideas, workflows, and processes clearly in one place. This reduces confusion and improves alignment when collaborating with teams using tools from Lucid

Very easy to use, pretty straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inserting icon is less easy compared to other products. I filter a lot with icons/symbols to speed up process

Intuitive and Easy, But Limited Free Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its ease of use. It's inherently intuitive and easy to navigate, which is great for tasks like diagramming infrastructure such as databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited shapes for free usage and wish it was maybe free to use for one project, as I had to pivot since I could not proceed.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for diagramming out infrastructure like databases. It's inherently intuitive and easy to use.

It has a very unique "style" and visual appear that makes it feel more credible and less AI-generated.

Getting started on your very first project is less intuitive but once you get going its pretty straightforward.

Streamlined Diagrams with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite saves me a lot of time on formatting and allows me to input information immediately without spending time creating visuals. I like its clear user interface and the vast range of different kinds of diagrams and shapes it offers. I find it very easy to consistently use the correct notation, shapes, and symbols needed for Entity Relationship diagrams, thanks to the templates provided, which carry all the correct notation across the project. The initial setup was easy, allowing me to start working on the diagram immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tutorial for creating a diagram could be better. There are 'hints' which are part of the diagram but this just clogs up the space. When you want to remove the hint so it doesn't clog up the diagram you then can't see it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I save time on formatting and easily inputing information without creating visuals. It provides templates with proper notation for consistent Entity Relationship Diagrams.

I like the Copilot feature in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, as it helps create a smooth process.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to assist with workflow, and the 'Copilot' feature helps ensure a smooth process.
User-Friendly, But Needs Better Microsoft Integration

Easy to use and colaborate within and that is something that many other system not support
