My 3+ Years Of Great Experience With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how it ends up saving us time, avoiding meetings, and back and forward slack messages. It is being used by our whole organization, and it's a way to communicate new workflows internally and to customers. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes our and customers' life easier. I like the ability to import from various formats and also export to various formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pop up or hover feature displaying what the flowchart does vs just a shape and word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to easily make process updates after changes and we can compare documents. Additionally, the flow of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very easy to maneuver around and use. Finally, I like how it helps with viewing the process of a business function or task in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great application to create charts for flows and processes, easy to use, understand and access, and secure at the same time. Personally I use it primarily to work on decision tree models, and I love having the ability to make real-time edits without starting from scratch. The customer support has been great too. Looking forward to creating more charts for our processes using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great and best option for making decision trees that can be shared across teams. I dislike nothing about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a far superior tool to the more traditional flowchart software. The simple layout, easy sharing and the ability to build complex flowcharts make Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite the best out there. Another huge bonus is that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is available to users of all devices.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how straightforward it feels from the very start. There’s no need for loads of training to get going—you can jump in and begin building diagrams, flowcharts, or brainstorming boards without any hassle. The drag-and-drop experience is smooth, and the layout is intuitive, so everything is easy to find and use.
I’m also a big fan of the real-time collaboration. Being able to see colleagues’ cursors moving around, comments appearing, and edits happening live makes remote working feel much more connected—almost like you’re all in the same room. It cuts down on endless email chains and helps keep work moving forward.
Another strong point is how well it integrates with the tools we already use. Instead of constantly switching between platforms, it fits neatly into our existing workflow. Overall, it makes organising ideas and mapping out processes feel simple, efficient, and far less of a chore.
I’m also a big fan of the real-time collaboration. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the customisation options—especially on the visual side. The platform looks clean and professional, which suits most use cases, but at times I’d appreciate a broader selection of themes, fonts, or overall design styles so boards can feel more distinctive and better aligned with a team’s brand.
That said, the simplicity seems very deliberate, and it definitely helps keep everything uncluttered and straightforward to use. For me, this is more of a “nice to have” than a real drawback. Adding a few more visual choices would give teams extra creative flexibility without taking anything away from the platform’s usability.

Before using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, we struggled with scattered communication and disconnected planning. Ideas were spread across emails, meeting notes, slide decks, and sometimes just in people’s heads. As a result, mapping out processes or aligning on strategy was time-consuming, and decisions often took longer than they should have because everyone was working from slightly different versions of the same information.
Now we can collaborate visually in one shared space. Instead of long back-and-forth threads, we map processes, sketch workflows, and run brainstorming sessions in real time. This has led to clearer alignment across teams and noticeably faster decision-making. Meetings are also more productive because we can see everything laid out in front of us, rather than trying to interpret written summaries after the fact.
From a business perspective, it has helped us standardise and properly document our processes. We used to deal with inconsistent workflows and knowledge gaps when team members changed roles. Now we can create clear visual process maps that are easy to follow, share, and update. This has reduced onboarding time for new team members and cut down on repeated questions.

We are using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for several different reasons, including collaboration with coworkers who are working remotely, organizational culture workshops, team building activities and many more. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great product to get a great bird's eye view on any development projects. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an absolute value for money.

To be sincere there is nothing which I like least about Lucid Visual Collaboration.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite brings teams together to one focal point which has more features. I love how it eases workflows when planning and scheduling. Also I like that it is very easy to use, a great plug-and-play system with robust interface and great customer support.

It's easy to collaborate in real-time and feels natural like you're all in the same room whiteboarding solutions.

It has been a bit slow on occasion, but not commonly.

Easy to Use with Great UI/UX and Customization Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. Its UX/UI is great, and it offers many options and shapes/elements, which makes it intuitive and useful for a wide range of use cases. It's also easy to share with others, and the initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great when you could paint a text in a single cell more easily than having to manually pick the text and then pick a color, etc.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to draw business processes and brainstorm. It enables me to quickly visualize ideas and processes. It's easy to share, intuitive to use, and offers many shapes and elements.

What do you like best about the product?
Visualizing contract timelines, obligations and expiration dates is among the very many tasks that I facilitate with Lucidchart which is what I like most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use both Lucidchart and Lucidspark and they barely even show signs of defects.
