Practical, Flexible Visual Collaboration Suite That Helps Us Work Better Together.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid quite a lot, it's a great and a very interesting tool to design workflows and organize retrospective meetings. It's very practical for visual collaboration and brainstorming, and I like how it allows ideas to flow freely without forcing a rigid structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid has always been a fantastic tool for brainstorming. I had a few issues but they were resolved by their customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Lucid because it includes features like a built-in timer and a 'bring to me' function to force all participants to follow what you are presenting. Overall, we have had a very positive experience with Lucid and plan on continuing to use it.
Time-Saving Visual Collaboration with Useful Templates for product designers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of drawing and tooling toolbars offered by Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The readymade templates are something I love because they are a big time saver. The tooling really helps me visualize brainstorming ideas, which is incredibly useful for product design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tooltip suggestions would be nice. Are you trying to g to do this? Here’s how you do it. I would also like AI prompts ability. That would be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flow diagrams and user journeys, collaborating with engineering and design teams during retro meetings where we can all access a shared screen and contribute.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows the team to collaborate during the design phase, share suggestions, and refine the final outcome. It provides the right tools and visual elements to create a clear, meaningful architecture. The AI-powered diagram generator is also very useful.
The UI for the application is very intuitive and specially drag and drop feature. It speeds up the process and requires very less effort to get used to.
Integration with 3rd party tools is amazing, it lets you import data from google sheets, SQL, excel, csv and even sticky notes and build charts and diagrams based on that. It is perfect blend of performance and simplicity while keeping the experience snappy. It is a value for money product and provides good ROI. Their support system is very pro-active and community provides answer to most of the questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Just one thing that comes to my mind is, having a desktop lucid app would be a nice addition for people who still prefer a desktop app instead of a browser-based app.

Easy Collaboration with Real-Time Co-Editing
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to use, and it’s great that multiple people can work on the same document at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the keyboard shortcuts aren’t standard. If you’re used to other platforms, it’s easy to inadvertently press the wrong keys out of habit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a great tool for mapping out our current-state processes, and I’m looking forward to using it for future-state mapping as well.
Streamlines Complex Workflows with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite breaks down complex workflows into something visual and easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders. It helps solve the lack of clarity and alignment when dealing with complex processes across teams, especially in RevOps where workflows can be intricate and hard to explain. Lucid helps turn them into clear visual diagrams so everyone is on the same page. I also appreciate that I've to focus less on explaining complex workflows, logics, and technical infrastructure to stakeholders and new hires. The setup was pretty easy, and I'd rate it 8 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have better templates to support use case for RevOps. In today's world where AI is building things, Lucid should have native integrations with leading AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite clarifies and aligns complex processes, making them easy for stakeholders to understand. It reduces the time I spend explaining workflows, helping everyone stay on the same page and providing clarity on existing systems.
Sleek, Smooth BPMN Diagramming That Feels Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sleek design of the app, Very good for making BPMN processes and diagrams, however the ai generator of lucid is still lacking in my opinion, even when i offered it very detailed description of what diagrama i want even with concrete classes relationships etc, it was not correct and id rather use LLM that would tell me in text and i would incorporate it here. The pricing i do not care as it is a company tool, so it is not related to me. Performance is good, i never felt like i am waiting and everything is smooth. For integrations i tried to feed it a .bpmn diagram and it converts it very well, aside from visual standpoint i have to pat it by myself but i was very content with it. Overall i would say the tool is very worth it for people who work in this field and the onboarding was smooth and had no problems with anything. I feel for sure I am getting my money worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generator. It still needs to be tweaked to be useful, I would rather use a LLM on the side helping me make a chart on text and then connecting it rather than use the generator because it is still very inaccurate. If this tool would be complete and fullfill all the recommendations it would be the game changer in this industry for sure.

Getting our workflows put on whiteboard makes us realize what we can enhance and what we are doing right in our team. It pinpoints our weak points and things we can work on

Mad respect this bang for a buck solution with extensive templates customizable to tailor to our project needs saving me huge time enhancing my workflows.I love it versatility with my flowcharts,illustrations and presentations all in one place.Great with effective visualization tools for complex processes significantly improving efficiency and seamless collaboration with teams to boost productivity.Stands out with visually appealing layout and interface for my use with AI to aid with my process flows.

Love AI for aiding with my process flows with significantly boosted productivity although it needs the user to know what to ask.

I respect it for bang for a buck for use by everyone even on small business for it's cheap with extensive templates to tailor it to my project needs.Rocks with versatility with flowcharts,presentation and illustrations all in one place.Terrific for effective project visualization with library of tools and shapes making my building easier streamlining my workflows.
