Great cloud tool for flowcharting processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to share files & allow teammates to make edits. It's very intuitive to use & the templates are a great starting point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still confused about the difference between LucidSpark & LucidChart, or rather why they are distinctly separate?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not having a tool to flowchart out our processes. It is benefitting me as a new employee here to wrap my head around the processes & how to improve upon them.
A must have for seamless team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes collaboration incredibly easy. The interface is intuitive, so anyone on the team can jump in without much training. It integrates smoothly with tools we already use like Jira and Slack, which means we can keep everything connected. I use it for brainstorming, planning, and team sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming deciding which tool or template to use because of the number of choices. But overall, the breadth of features is a strength once you know what’s there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps my team cut through the confusion that often comes with remote collaboration. Instead of endless back-and-forth messages or scattered documents, we can map out ideas, workflows, and projects visually in one place. This makes complex processes easier to understand, keeps everyone aligned, and saves us time by reducing miscommunication.
Intuitive and Powerful Diagramming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a Salesforce admin working with cross-functional teams, I use Lucidchart regularly to design workflows, process diagrams, and system architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I’ve noticed is that large, complex diagrams can feel a bit slow. Also, some premium features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not suit small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Lucidchart is an excellent tool for anyone needing professional diagrams and team collaboration. I’d highly recommend it to project managers, admins, and technical teams

Makes my life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it to create org charts for all purposes. Being able to import lists helps save so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Saving large file org charts come out pixelated when sharing with team members. I'm sure there's a proper way to export but I wish it was more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time on creating org charts.

Perfect for architecture diagrams and illustrating workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use in building beautiful diagrams and workflows. As a Solution Engineer at a tech company, I can't think of another solution for building out these diagrams that showcase data architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Given my role, my scope of the product is limited. I'm sure the product is capable of so much more than what I use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it easy to illustrate concepts that are difficult to articulate - data architecture, data in transit, etc. Building out diagrams and workflows in Lucid has likely saved me hours of customer calls focused on explaining these concepts.
Simplified Team Alignment and Idea Visualization

I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite simplifies brainstorming and the creation of flowcharts, which makes handling complex ideas more manageable and facilitates easy collaboration among team members. The software has also been instrumental in aligning team members on projects and organizing complex ideas visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite somewhat time-consuming and challenging to navigate at first. It took a little time to understand how to use the suite effectively. Although I was eventually able to navigate it with guidance and regular use, the initial learning curve was steep.

Great for Structuring and Visualizing Engineering Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid helps me map out complex engineering workflows in a way that makes them easier to explain to the team. I often use it to create system diagrams, workflow charts, and architecture visuals, which keeps discussions more structured. The templates are very handy, and real-time collaboration makes it easy to align with others quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes performance slows a bit when working with large, detailed diagrams. Export options could also be more flexible. The pricing plans are also bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having scattered notes or rough drawings, I can create a single visual that everyone understands. This reduces confusion, speeds up decision-making, and makes onboarding new engineers easier since they can quickly see how things fit together.
