What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and the ease of use of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Its seamless connection with cloud platforms greatly enhances my workflow. The integration capabilities with Jira and G-Suite are fantastic, allowing me to streamline various processes efficiently. The software effectively addresses the need for a modern interactive tool, complete with up-to-date features, icons, graphs, and visualizations. The flexibility it offers with file formats is invaluable for managing different types of illustrations, technical diagrams, and business flow charts. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the assistance from the sales team and the helpful resources they provided for the setup and product rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could improve by providing more online help and documentation, especially for embeddable Loom videos and the latest features. Additionally, having a free support tier would be beneficial, enabling users to better adapt to the tools and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for up-to-date illustrations and technical needs, solving modern tool gaps with its interactive features, format flexibility, and seamless integrations with cloud platforms, Jira, and G-suite.
Unites Teams Seamlessly for Complex Portfolio Management
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Technical Operations teams as well as software development teams, my favorite thing about the Lucid suite is that I can bring them all to one place together. Whether it's to work through dependencies or just to be aware of priorities and plans, the boards, activities and other features allow me to manage larger, more complex work streams and programs than any tool I've used before.
I'm in a Lucid tool pretty much daily in one capacity of another and the learning curve is not intimidating for new teams/colleagues I work alongside.

What do you dislike about the product?
As many of my Technical Operations teams use ServiceNow increasingly for their work intake management, being able to integrate seamlessly with Lucid like we can with Azure DevOps, for example, would really and truly provide me a one stop shop for all teams, regardless of their 'system of record'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying and distilling the complexity of daily work and work decisions in a simple, easily digestible and VISUAL manner.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is fantastic for creating flow charts, hierarchies and user journeys. The tool's flexibility and features make it super easy and simple to create whatever graphics or charts you need. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is such an intuitive tool that i can jump in and quickly make whatever i need without any fuss or software preparation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could share in-progress documents without collaborators needing an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact that it can automatically size your page to fit specific content without having to make a copy, and it exports cleanly to image or PDF. I often use it to build out product road maps and Gantt charts, which can link to tabs containing relevant diagrams and lists.

Sometimes the canvas can feel a bit cluttered when working with very large diagrams. I also think some of the advanced features could be easier to find or learn.

What do you like best about the product?
I am currently working in two Hospital & Healthcare industries and I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visualize care plans automatically via flowcharts and diagrams.
The availability of iOS Licidchart and Lucidspark apps is an added advantage although it restrict free and individual tier users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like I have mentioned even though I upgraded to enterprise, Lucid vendor should at least allow individual users to use the iOS mobile apps since they pay $9 which isn’t entirely free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating visual representations via flowcharts allows me to have a clear view of the business processes thus making informed business decisions.

I utilize Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for network diagrams and share the diagrams both internally with my peers and and externally with clients. The Lucid chart has a tremendous shapes library that helps me quickly design and lay out the systems neatly and how they would interact with one another. The status field is very helpful.

I find it a bit hard to select a single pointer when two of them overlap.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps the team to visualize the mechanics of any module. I've found that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides a wide variety of templates so that, when i begin a diagram, i have a good start that reduces the amount of time it takes me to begin my work.

I also struggle with some advanced features that are not as user-friendly as they could be, making it challenging for a seamless experience. Additionally, having more categories in shapes according to the usage industry would enhance my workflow and allow for more specific and relevant visual representations.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a vital tool when it comes to sales and marketing processes. It is through LVCS that I have been able to map sales processes by visualizing and optimizing the entire sales process to improve the overall conversion rate and in turn high ROI. Creating visual representations of sales forecast through Lucidchart help track progress and pin point areas of improvements to make data-driven sales decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating sales flowcharts sometimes when I zoom using the iOS mobile browser it returns to normal on itself making it harder to view the data - that’s why I prefer the PC browser or a big screen.

Unfortunately, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite mobile applications do not login when using the individual tier, so I was forced to upgrade to Team plan.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly useful for planning before scripting with PowerShell. It effectively helps me plan things out by creating a clear process, making my script creation smoother and with fewer delays. I love how easy it is to use, describing it as 'idiot proof,' which reflects its user-friendly interface. The graphs that I can make in Lucid are not only easy to create but also simple to read, which allows me to create plans that can be effortlessly passed on to colleagues for programming tasks. Setting it up was as easy as setting up any other account, which I appreciated a lot.

I find that although making graphs with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy, it is not particularly quick. I don't see a straightforward way to speed up the process, which can be frustrating when efficiency is necessary.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to plan scripting tasks, which helps create clear processes and smoothens workflow with fewer delays. Its ease of use and clear visuals facilitate seamless handoff to colleagues, although creating graphs could be quicker.
