Lucid Suite: Visual Collaboration Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use. It helps me plan and effectively communicate my ideas to my colleagues. Collaboration in real-time facilitates effective and smooth interaction. In addition, the offered templates and tools accelerate the creation process and save an important amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those new to the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it can at times be a little difficult. It takes time to get competent with all of its functions. Individuals who are familiar with such tools could find some advanced features puzzling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in the efficient organization and sharing of ideas. It helps me to create clear plans, flowcharts, and diagrams that clarify difficult material. Given our physical boundaries, my team continues to connect in real time because to this work. Time is reduced, communication is enhanced, and duties complete more quickly and efficiently as an outcome.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface needs to be cleaner, it looks a tad busy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my life easier by allowing me to create flows and visualise the processes in better way.
Lucid spark is a great site and is so easy to collaborate with others!

I love how many features there are and how simple it is.

I wish the site loaded faster but other than that I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes collaborating with others at the same time much easier and more organized.
We use Lucid for just about every new development project or enhancement we make to Salesforce

It's relatively easy to use, and even non-technical folks can build visual diagrams to help explain how we think our processes should flow.

I don't love how users must zoom in and out on more extensive charts.

Gets everyone involved on a project in the same mind-space and helps us develop the proper solutions.

It is easier to make charts and export files via PDF or Visio. The AI helps a lot, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of Arabic language support is frustrating as it should support this feature.

Creating flowcharts for Standard Operating Procedures and other charts.

Multiple team members can work on the same document simultaneously.

Access to the API is restricted to higher-tier plans, which can be a drawback for smaller teams or individual users.

The automatic layout and template features speed up the process of creating diagrams, saving time and reducing the need for repetitive manual design work.

Lucidchart is one of those tools that just makes life easier. Whether you’re sketching out a workflow, mapping a network, or brainstorming ideas, it’s got a super intuitive drag-and-drop interface that feels effortless. The real-time collaboration is a game-changer—no more emailing versions back and forth. Plus, it plays nicely with Google Drive, Microsoft 365, and Slack, so everything stays connected. The templates are a huge time-saver, and the automation features make complex diagrams a breeze. If you need a flexible, user-friendly diagramming tool, Lucidchart is definitely worth a look.
What do you dislike about the product?
While integrations are strong, deeper customization options—like more automation or AI-powered suggestions—could make it even more powerful. Overall, it’s a great tool, but a little fine-tuning in these areas would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team often collaborates on charts and diagrams, and it's very difficult to do this in Google Slides while maintaining formatting etc. Lucidchart solves that challenge for my team
Super easy to get to grips with, very easy use and create what i needed without using it before
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easy draw arrows to the shapes i needed to, the ability to change arrow directions with ease. Love that it is packed full of useful features whilst maintaining simplicity and being super user friendly, the customer support staff was very fast and helpful with any issues i had, making it something i would use frequently, was very easy to implement my project to my folders with the use of downloading to PDF, making it very easy to intergrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my personal experiance, i did not find anything i did not like about Lucid, it met all the needs i needed for the project i was creating, had no issues creating my project and had all the features i needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid solved any issues with hierachy within the company allowing everyone to know theyre role and who they need to report too should they have any issue, this making it much easer and faster for us to resolve any issues being able to straight to the correct person through the organigram i created using Lucid
Fast to develop diagrams in collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very straightforward and works great. I love how you can see where your collaborators are and where they making changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in the free tier for object count.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagram development with quality and easy to use.
Lucid Chart - Easy and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is a very intuitive tool and that multiple people can be working on the same board live, allowing for good collaboration and interactions. I really like that it is up and running from the get go and I feel like it is something that I use not daily but every 2 - 3 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would eally like the option to have "voice" rather than only cha and comments, I know this software is not specificlly built for it but I think this would be greatly appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of having a repository of all diagrams from many clients and giving us templates to have at least a basic starting point for all projects
