Intuitive Delay Analysis Templates, But Some Template Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it has delay analysis templates! It is incredibly difficult to find a public program that supports this kind of visualization, and Lucid does it very clearly. Suite was easy to use, didn't require a lot of time/effort to learn, and the tools were intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the elements of the table/graph templates seem buggy, but they just require you to interact with them in a very specific way. It was hard to catch on at first, and took me revisiting the project to finally understand how it wanted me to edit & move things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a wide variety of diagramming templates you can't find anywhere else. The delay analysis diagram provides visualized data, which is much easier for my coworkers to digest in a presentation than just reading a list of timelines. It also helped them understand the gravity of the situation - when you can see those delays in a physical form, it has a much larger impact on the audience. Without Suite, I would have had to settle for a text-heavy presentation that was less impactful and didn't actual show what I wanted to show. Our leadership team also uses it to design our org charts, which have also been consistently clear & helpful!
Intuitive Visualization, Minor Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's visualization tools as they make it very easy to quickly create documents to share, effectively highlighting inefficiencies or dependencies in workflows that create bottlenecks. The suite facilitates explaining complex processes, which is particularly helpful when managing and optimizing complex workflows with many inputs and outputs. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and I liked the tutorial provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it can be glitchy when I'm trying to change the shape of an item or the direction or style of a line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create workflow charts, identify inefficiencies, and explain complex processes, enhancing workflow optimization and communication.
Enhances Remote Collaboration but Needs UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I really value how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates interactive engagement among my remote team during planning and regular team ceremonies. It’s incredibly effective for collaboration, especially since we’re all virtual. The tools available make it exceedingly simple to visualize ideas effortlessly, which is a huge advantage. I frequently use the post-it notes, voting, and timer functions, which are standout features for us. During retrospectives, post-it notes allow each team member to jot down discussion points, and the timer function helps us timebox these exercises effectively, ensuring we cover everything we need. The voting feature is also invaluable for selecting which topics or post-it notes we should prioritize. Overall, these features contribute to keeping our conversations dynamic and structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI itself can feel a bit 'rigid' and could be made more user-friendly. I also feel like it is lacking a bit in terms of diagramming features available. I would also love to see some AI features as well as additional integrations with other DevOps platforms (apart from JIRA).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to facilitate remote collaboration, enabling my team to visualize ideas, engage interactively, and streamline retrospectives with tools like post-it notes, voting, and timers, enhancing our meetings' efficiency.
Great Tool with Room for Smoother Line and Branch Features
What do you like best about the product?

Effortless Collaboration with a Few Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating architecture diagrams and keeping cross-team discussions organized, which has become my go-to space for aligning everyone on complex technical decisions. I appreciate how it solves the problem of keeping complex system ideas scattered across documents and chats by visualizing everything in one place. This makes it much easier for my team to stay aligned and avoid miscommunication during technical planning. What I like most is how effortlessly it lets everyone contribute to the same canvas without becoming chaotic. The real-time collaboration feels smooth, allowing my team to sketch out ideas together without waiting for hand-offs, see updates instantly, and reach decisions much faster. Additionally, the templates are incredibly helpful because I don’t have to start from a blank page; they bring structure to things like user flows or system diagrams, saving a lot of setup time and keeping our work consistent across projects. The initial setup process was also very easy. I was able to create an account and start building diagrams within minutes, and most of the tools felt intuitive right away, so there was minimal learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is performance on really large boards. They sometimes start to feel a bit sluggish during heavy team sessions. I also wish the permissions controls were a bit more granular so it was easier to manage who can edit what on complex diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize cross-team discussions and decisions. It consolidates complex system ideas visually, enhancing team alignment and preventing miscommunication. The real-time collaboration and templates save setup time, allowing swift decision-making and maintaining consistency.

Handy Digital Whiteboard with Some Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the digital whiteboard feature in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it allows me to connect and share ideas effortlessly, which is a handy substitute for physical whiteboards, especially in virtual work environments. I find this digital version to be a convenient option for remote collaboration. The initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was super easy, which made the transition smooth and allowed me to start using the tool without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the org chart function in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as it doesn't support converting text in a hierarchical format to a digital presentation effectively. When developing and presenting an organizational structure, the process lacks intuitiveness and ease of editing compared to Microsoft PowerPoint, making it cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the digital whiteboard useful for sharing and connecting ideas, providing a handy virtual alternative to physical whiteboards.
Excellent Collaboration, But Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Lucid makes collaboration seamless. Multiple people can edit and comment on a diagram at the same time, and the updates appear instantly. It’s a great tool for keeping everyone on the same page and turning ideas into actionable plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes the interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because of the number of features available. Once you get used to it, though, it’s very powerful and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of collaborating with distributed or cross-functional teams. Instead of long email threads or confusing documents, we can visualize workflows and ideas in one shared space. This has made our meetings more productive and decisions faster.
Great Templates and UI, But Needs More Export Options and Flexible Payments
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are nice and the user interface looks great. It's also easy to use for group work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with very large diagrams, the software can become laggy, which can be frustrating. It would also be helpful to have more options for export formats. Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to make one-time payments for individual features or to add a single extra chart space to my account, rather than having to commit to a full subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it much easier to explain larger projects to the group I'm working with, whether we're making games or working on general coding tasks. It's also really helpful when group members are at home, since it means we don't all have to travel to the college to work on assignments or projects together.
Streamlined Flowchart Creation with Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that with the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I don’t have to save files somewhere separately and share them manually. Instead, I can simply make a change and share the link once, which ensures all my changes are immediately visible to the other person, provided they have the necessary permissions. This capability streamlines the process, as everyone is working with the most recent version without the hassle of multiple file iterations. Furthermore, I love the real-time collaboration feature that allows changes to be made simultaneously by others, which significantly speeds up our development process. It supports reverting changes easily and fosters smooth collaboration amongst team members. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy; I just had to log in and get started without any complications, making the onboarding process very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by the increasing number of features that have become paid over time. Initially, when I started using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, many functionalities were free. Now, much of that has transitioned to paid, which discourages me from using it as often as I used to because I am not inclined to pay for these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to easily create flowcharts and organize modules. It simplifies sharing and allows real-time collaboration, speeding up development by making changes visible instantly to others with permission.
