Easy to Use with Handy Tools, Minor Alignment Issues

The ability to share ideas and collaborate virtually using a diagram layout is ideal
Super Intuitive and Easy to Use from Day One
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Lucid for about a month. It's super easy to use, very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using it for a month or so, I haven't had any trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before lucid, I struggled making a flow chart on power point. This is much easier and time efficient.
Excellent Visual Tool, But Steep Learning Curve for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a very visual product and is great for those who need or like to use visual aids to map and plan out their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI has made it much more user friendly but the bar to entry to be comfortable on the product is quite high. It's assumed you have a degree of understanding of visual collaboration before hand which is both a good and bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now we're trying to get our product development teams to start using it in collaboration with Jira

What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for advanced features — beginners can feel overwhelmed. 
• Performance can lag on very large or complex diagrams. 
• Some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans (i.e. limited in free or mid tiers). 
• Limited ability to add notes/annotations in certain places (e.g. on arrows) and weaker Markdown support.
• Offline / mobile editing is less robust — full functionality relies on a good internet connection.
• Performance can lag on very large or complex diagrams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming is a useful feature that helps me visualize complex ideas and processes. It allows me to organize information more clearly and makes it easier to understand relationships between different elements. I find it especially helpful when I need to communicate concepts to others or plan out projects.
Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly aspect the best. Everything is right there in your face and easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI capability still needs fine tuning. I was looking for a software where I can tell it how I want and need the organizational chart to look like and how to structure it. It didn't work out the way I hoped.

Great for Collaboration, but Lucidchart's UI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it simple to bring stakeholders into collaborative sessions, allowing for smoother teamwork and more effective communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart's user interface appears somewhat outdated, and I find that certain tools, such as the entity representation features, lack the flexibility I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been valuable in helping me prepare roadmaps, facilitate prioritization sessions, and achieve stakeholder alignment. I also rely on it for both schema design and solution design.
Clean Interface, But Lacks Icons and Graphics
What do you like best about the product?
The clean interface made it easy and quick for me to create a flow chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of icons and graphics made the software feel a bit less visually appealing. However, this isn't a significant enough issue to stop using the software altogether.

Customisation is straightforward and simple.
Great Customization, but Limited Free Features and AI Issues

How everything is around, and the ability to create custom sheets as well as use already built ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of free features is somewhat restrictive, especially for students who just want to complete an assignment, as the AI feature can be somewhat problematic.

It helps me conceptualize ideas as well as put them in an easy way everyone could understand,s aving me a lot of time creating mind maps really.
Good Platform with Easy Use, but Lacks Some Features

It have a good them and platform. Generally easy to use but there's limitation on some of the feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not yet available. Unable to properly select my own url to test in "try it"

The visual clarity is impressive, and there are several options available for showcasing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool makes it easier for my teammates to contribute their input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made it easier for me to present my ideas and workflow more clearly to clients, allowing them to understand my process better.
