Cloud-Based and Flexible, with Excellent Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it adapts to all kinds of workflows, and the best part is that it’s cloud-based. I can capture my ideas anytime and experiment with them using different tools. Plus, the integrations are excellent; honestly, I think it’s the best I’ve used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not easy to learn at first; it takes a bit of practice. Also, when many users are connected, it doesn’t always run smoothly and can slow down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been incredible to see how much this tool has reduced our project approval time. The whole process has improved significantly: before, everything felt outdated, but now it’s much more modern, creative, and efficient in every way.
Intuitive UI That Makes Great-Looking Network Diagrams Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the UI. It felt very intuitive to me, and I really appreciated that. I only need it for network diagrams, and it fits the bill perfectly. It took me just a couple of days working part-time to put together a complete network diagram. On top of that, it produces great-looking diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ended up buying the full version so I could access all the libraries I needed. That said, it was pretty complicated to figure out how to “recolor” some of the symbols within those libraries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a “simple” yet intuitive program to draw the occasional network diagram. I don’t have time to learn everything about a product just to be able to use it and stay productive. Lucid fit the bill.
Customizable UI/UX with Helpful Support and Powerful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how customizable it is compared to its competitors and also a much better UI/UX. Also, the support it offers has been helpful. I was able to chat with Jeremy and he was extremely helpful and ensured that if I had any questions that he was available. He also made me aware of the different features it offers, such as new AI features and the integrations with other applications like Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not experienced any downsides or negatives about Lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How customizable it is. Our team utilizes data flow diagrams a lot and with how nice the UI/UX is with the different layers and other features, it has benefitted us.

I bet on this heavyweight champ with configurable templates editable to suit my workflows needs.I love it for adaptable diagramming to meet my different flowcharts and Org charts.I admire it for smooth team collaboration to remotely and simutaneosly work on projects.I slaute it for spectacle on mind maps that makes brainstorming to effortless.It's no-brainer implementation makes it dumbfounding.

Intuitive and Easy Visualization, But Room for Dashboard Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be a helpful tool. It makes it easy to visualize how I want dashboards to flow from page to page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is built as well for dashboards. It would be nice to be able to see how you're gonna move from button click to button click, rather than just from page to page.

User-Friendly and Efficient for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very easy to use with its simple drag-and-drop features. It's a very user-friendly tool, which makes it easy for anyone new to get familiar with it in just one or two hours. I also appreciate how it supports collaboration with my team by allowing us to define workflows for both new and existing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be sometimes, when I try to drag some of the lines, it doesn't work. But the thing is I just need to be more familiar how to use those lines wherever it is required.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make charts and collaborate, helping define workflows for new and existing processes.
Easy and Collaborative Visuals with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. I appreciate the easy collaboration and visuals it offers when working with org charts. The data imports feature is also something I find valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ADP integration/API could be improved. I would like a more effective HRIS API for real-time updates to org charts.

It’s intuitive, supports real-time collaboration, and is browser-friendly, which makes it easy for the team to visualize ideas and work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s expensive, and a lot of features are hidden behind different plans. Performance can lag at times, and there’s also a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating visualizations with the drag-and-drop features is really good. It enables fast visual building, and there are multiple formatting options to help fine-tune the result.
