What do you like best about the product?
Powerful tool that excels in robust diagramming capabilities providing extensive template library and intuitive workspace that enables me to quickly create highly detailed flowcharts, process maps, and wireframes.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don’t see anything I dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite or its services since its been very reliable for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exceptional platform that allows us to brainstorm ideas and easily create process maps to visually explain difficult to understand processes and its also great for organizing troubleshooting steps into flowcharts.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and reliable platform allowing great flexibility to create both simple and complex diagrams with simple export in PDF, PNG, or SVG to visually represent workflows in an easy to understand format.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major issues discovered so far the platform provides all the needed tools for my advanced diagramming use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite supports seamless generation of flowcharts enabling faster completion of team process maps and allows us to communicate ideas visually about internal control frameworks.

What do you like best about the product?
The diverse range of templates and shapes meets all my flowcharting and diagramming needs and the robust collaboration features enables our team to collectively work together to create new flows and iterate them over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The arrows could be easier to move around as they kept deviating from the line I was trying to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has assisted me in creating organizational charts and presenting process flow visualizations to the Board which has helped to effectively review our organizational reporting lines.

What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward interface enables me to quickly create high quality flowcharts and I appreciate the multiple symbols for the cloud infrastructure resources that helps to easily build architecture diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any major issues with the platform it gives me quality outcomes when diagramming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create sequence and architecture diagrams for our cloud services that helps collaborate better as a team in brainstorming and expressing our design and thought process.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a huge variety of templates and shape libraries enough to cover any aspect of my diagramming work and I like the advantage of being able to map workflows with others in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they could make the platform more flexible with respect to customizing the text boxes then it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is great for visualizing workflows and it allows me to share my ideas visually which makes brainstorming sessions way more relevant.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the user interface enables me to create professional looking diagrams and UI mockups quickly and being able to easily structure my ideas for better organization and also the monitoring of my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes longer to load but it enables me to insert and format all the notes and add shapes, images and videos within the board with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to customize various steps with different shapes to signify different aspects of the process, as well as customize the flow of the process with arrows going in any direction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to explore, brainstorm, discuss and prioritize ideas with my remote team. I also like the concept of having free space to create and share ideas in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite expensive otherwise it is easy to generate ideas and keep my work in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me map an entire process as a flow chart and then manipulate the diagram according to my needs. It allows me to create simple schemas, diagrams, flowcharts and other elements necessary for the presentation of a particular project.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative functionality makes it the best platform for brainstorming and the diagram creation tools were intuitive and allowed for quick creation of flowcharts and data flow diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
My suggestion is to improve the AI features to ensure the prompting produces the actual desired diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart enables quick brainstorming among our finance team enabling us to easily turn departmental procedures into structured diagrams that makes it easy to understand decision paths and communication channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop functionality, the collaborative workspace and lots of options on templates to choose from that make it super easy to create network diagrams and easily export them in PDF or PNG.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike to mention at this time since I am fairly happy with all the facets of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to host system design-thinking sessions, planning roadmaps and it has provided us with excellent tools for putting ideas into visuals that helps break down intricate IT processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very flexible and has multiple built-in templates that I use for diagramming complex processes into digestible visuals and it supports collaborative brainstorming with teammates, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could support offline exporting because if the internet connection is interrupted the process fails to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve used the tool to visualize ideas and collaboratively map processes with engineering teams and it also supports activity sessions like sprint planning.
