In my experience so far , I haven't had any complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboration with teammates
My experience was as smooth and user friendly as I could imagine.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how simple it was to use the software. To make a table, all you had to do is click and drop, while the more "complex" items such as adding a row or column was easily accessible through the right click menu.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how by default you can see the mouses of all the users working on the document. Its a distraction for me and a bit of an annoyance. I also disliked how the amount of objects is limited if you don't pay. I wasn't keeping track of my objects and when I was notified that I ran out of objects I was in the middle of my project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem of that I needed a simple service that I could use with my co-workers in real time without it being laggy, such as with the Microsoft office products, while being able to make table and connect them easily.
Lucid got everything you need for defining a architectural design
What do you like best about the product?
Hi think it’s built in flow diagram, sequence diagram and different model which is very flexible and handy to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time drag item does not work as expected this could be because of iMac system I am using . But otherwise it’s very flexible and sensitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly for architectural diagrams.
Lucid review

It has a user friendly approach and allows for nice and easy manipulation of boxes to create process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the Lucid Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is taking business requirements and taking them into a customer journey. Luci has allowed me to map process flows out neatly.
Excellent process flow viewer for IT industry
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about this tool is the ease of creating flows and the icons finder to add them and represent the different technologies in a flow
What do you dislike about the product?
Not something I dislike but something the tool can improve on is the functionality to present a diagram. There should be a way to present in full screen the whole flow and zoom in and out, hover over the fullscreen mode
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explanation of complex IT processes made easy
Lucid is a great tool for creating business diagrams quick and easy spanning a variety of use cases.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how there's easy templating in Lucid even for free use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I don't like yet, but maybe some built in shortcuts when creating diagrams could be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping users have a fast and easy tool to create business diagrams, for instance I created a sequence diagram for a piece of software I recently built for my company, and Lucid was by far the most helpful tool I used compared to the others out there.
Relatively easy to use, good for visual learners or mapping out information in an uncontained way
What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to use a variety of shapes and sizes
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little confusing at first on how to connect shapes together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to make a large family tree that I typically can't view all of in one spot using other techonologies.
easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
it’s very easy to find your way around without much help. there is also a very helpful option to export into pdf which makes it easier to share
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a bit confusing that the mouse’s scroll is used to zoom in and out rather than moving the map up or down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is easy to create mind maps during my meeting in order to create more efficient processes
Great business solution
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is an effective tool for many business needs, especially sales and marketing type solutions. It offers many common tools over a a variety of brainstorming and process mapping solutions. It is easy to use and easy for a beginner to get started using right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Lucid open this concept up for other types of root cause investigation tools such as a 5W2H diagram , affinity diagrams, etc. There is not much in the line of root cause that I have discovered. I would also like to see more in the line of Lean Six Sigma tools... but maybe these will be added in the next version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making mind mapping and brainstorming a more organized and effective tool for team application.
Game-Changer for Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Makes teamwork feel less like herding cats and more like a well-oiled machine. It’s like a digital whiteboard on steroids—fast, intuitive, and actually fun to use. No more messy docs, lost ideas, or confusing workflows—just clear, visual collaboration that actually flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels like giving a toddler too many crayons—so many features, it’s easy to get lost in the doodles. The interface can get cluttered, and if your team isn’t all-in, it turns into a lonely brainstorming session. Plus, the best features hide behind a paywall, which stings a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid cuts through the chaos of scattered ideas, endless email threads, and clunky project handoffs. It makes brainstorming, mapping out workflows, and keeping teams aligned actually work—all in one place. No more lost notes, version control nightmares, or waiting on someone to update a static doc.
