Overall the suite is great!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly. I can easily create my diagrams and wireframes with ease. There are a number of shapes and tools that I can use. I sometimes have to create architecture diagrams for work, so Lucid Chart comes in very handy. I also like the collaboration feature. Most of my team work from home so real-time editing comes in really handy. We can all work on the same project with ease.
I haven't had the need to contact customer support so I can't comment on it.

What do you dislike about the product?
If my diagrams get more complex, I notice some lag. However this could just be that my computer isn't able to handle it. I'm not sure if this feature exists, but in Lucid Chart I wish there was a way to change the styling of text once and apply it for the entire diagram. Some extra features like this would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key features is the collaboration. Having the ability for multiple people to work on the same document allows us to seamlessly work on a project together as we all work from home. It directly solves the problem that remote work can have. The use of preset shapes and templates also ensures that everyone uses consistent elements in diagrams, reducing misunderstandings and making the visuals more professional and standardised.

Long learning curve. Tool feature are not intuitive

Brainstorming ideas and establishing product roadmap

It is quite intruitive and easy to use and the tools cover most of the use cases I needed so far.

The color palette could be enhanced and the migration process (from other services) has not been optimal.

Helps with collaborative processes (e.g. retrospectives etc) as well as with visual mapping of data models.
An extremely simple and intuitive UI that helps me brainstorm, visualise and iterate with ease

Rapid diagramming for lots of different tasks that I need to achieve on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite assisted with my workflow, allowing a much more creative approach, with the ease of use and professional customer support , projects were easy of implementation

To me, i dislike how there are many features which adds added complexity for a new user, but once you get the hang of it, its very nice for preparing.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped me solve complex business deal problems as it is easier to view information , and as its personally created, i know and understand quickly key metrics so i can make a solid conclusion from first sight on what to prioritise

Lucid has been a great tool for collaboration in the most creative ways. Allows for great visuals and very easy to learn. Allows for creativity with team activities where we all bring in our talents as well.

A few glitches with adding many layers and user collabing in one document.

Solving some of the issues of diconnect when being in a remote first organization. Allows for creative ice breaker activities that allow us to get to know peers in a depper, more creative way.
Easy and effective productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of building blocks to create comprehensive projects! Collaboration with team members is seamless and responsive.

I wish creating slides were quicker to achieve.

Helping me to quickly produce wireframes and develop client journeys for our project within tight deadlines required.
Easy to use interface for creating any kind of visual tool you need for business or personal tasks.

Ease of use and plenty of templates to choose from.

None that I can find so far. Everything works as described.

Our team benifits by using Lucid to plan our sprint workloads and for diagramming complex technical workflows.
Excellent tool for brainstorming and making visual aids
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to build maps of related things, brainstorming is so much easier than other tools. I use it almost daily to manage tasks, organize goals, and brainstorm with a remote team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a bit confused as to the differences between Lucid Spark and Chart, and I still haven't really figured out if I actually need both. Integrations for things like Asana is still not super clear to me.

Lucid is making it easy to brainstorm and collaborate with our team. Creating customer journey maps, whiteboarding and organizing tasks is so much easier with this tool.
Nice choice for system design
