A perfect tool for all diagraming need
What do you like best about the product?
I like its flexibility to add your icons and images to enrich existing available library of icons and its mind mapping feature called lucidspark and its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometines the icon library are not up to date with the latest changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps to put on the screen the current as-is situation/process/solution with the clinet and provide design and communicate the solution visually with the client
Intuitive process and workflow mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and modify process flows and diagrams through Lucid. The collaboration options also make it easy for my team to review, and if they make a change, I can look back at the version history (extremely helpful feature!!).
What do you dislike about the product?
I still prefer Miro for wireframing, but Lucid is much better for process flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Showing an end to end process - one of my roles on the project is to assure an intuitive user experience, and journey mapping helps me visualize any pain points for the rest of the team.

It was a very streamlined and easy to follow experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The tutorial is the most helpful part of the site. It's easy to follow and make the site very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've seen so far is the subscription prices. Those could be lowered a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier for me to use for assignments of my database management systems class in college.
Lucid Chart is essential to our business
What do you like best about the product?
We aquire many companies and when we do the client journey mapping session with possible targets, I can have several folks assisting me with capturing the process flow and major lead to cash milestones at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the system, again essential to our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows us to establish our own business process maping notation standard and use our company colors to convey complex process flows, collaborate virtually on the fly during meetings, and provides crucial org chart structures for massive structures.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers an intuitive interface that makes it easy to create diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps. I love how the real-time collaboration features allow my team and I to work together seamlessly, even when we're in different locations. The integration with other tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams makes it easy to embed and share our work. It has also been extremely helpful for brainstorming and visually organizing complex information.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid offers fantastic tools for collaboration, I’ve noticed that the performance can slow down when handling very large or complex diagrams. Additionally, it would be great if there were more templates for specific industries or use cases to accelerate workflows.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is helping my team and me solve communication and collaboration challenges by offering an intuitive platform for visually organizing our ideas. It streamlines project management and makes it easy to map out complex workflows or technical diagrams, leading to more efficient problem-solving and planning sessions. Easy Flowcharts for Newbie
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, lots of customization available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had trouble directly linking from my Microsoft file to the flowchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was much easier to show our processes through a flowchart versus written text.

It has improved tremendosuly over the years and feel that it is now a mature diagramming tool that can be used at the highest level for an IT professional.

If your license request is not approved or not approved in a timely matter.

Sometimes the shapes are a bit limiting and formating issues.

Scrolling on the app could be better, i have issue getting to the correct point in my chart

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very accesible, I can be used from any web UI. The user experience is also very nice compared to other software like MS visio. Intiutive, easy to use.

Nothing really until now. Maybe it can be enhaced with the use of Ai assiatant.
