Very easy to use and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and straightforward, the dragging option either across all sides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow expensive as you have to pay once you exceed specific amount of boxes in the org chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far the only problem on my end is being expensive.
Great tool for creating flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the application, it was easy to learn in a matter of minutes and I like that I didn't have to go searching for tutorial videos before I could jump in.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found something I dislike about the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool gave me a convenient way to visualize flow charts without needing to draw them on paper. It's also very easy to edit, so whenever I want to make changes, I can simply go back and update my charts.

What do you like best about the product?
love how fast and intuitive Lucid’s Visual Collaboration Suite is. The drag-and-drop shape libraries, smart alignment/snapping, and clean templates make it effortless to turn ideas into clear CX/CS workflows and decision trees. Personalization is simple: swim-lanes, icons, and formatting help me tailor diagrams to each audience. Sharing is frictionless, too: links, comments, and presentation mode make cross-functional alignment much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really dislike anything, but one area to improve is print/export awareness. Big diagrams can sneak up on you, everything looks great on canvas, then the PDF/print shows it spilling past one page. A live “page boundary” overlay or one-click “auto-scale to Letter/A4” (with a warning when content exceeds the page) would save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me turn messy ideas into clear CX/CS workflows, onboarding maps, escalation paths, RACIs, and decision trees, so teams align faster. Real-time collaboration and easy sharing cut back-and-forth and meetings, and standardized diagrams reduce handoff errors. Net result: quicker decisions, smoother implementations, and fewer rework loops.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart has been really effective and productive for my product development. I am now able to have architecture discussion more effectively, make notes of changes that need to be made and be ready for my visual representation then reading something

There is nothing that I don't like about it but if you ask for what can be improved then yes if we can import database schema directly in editable fashion that would save lot of time

An Easy Platform for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have much experience creating diagrams, but the platform made it easy for me to learn.

This tool has been extremely useful for my database design assignments. It has made the process much easier and more efficient for me.

I love how setup is extremely intuitive and easy, making it accessible even for those not technically inclined. The platform is powerful yet simplified for building complex, visually appealing diagrams, and its integration capabilities enhance its functionality. The seamless interaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a standout feature. The ease of use is what would make me purchase it again, and it's incredibly user-friendly and accessible.

After trying numerous softwares and pulling my hair out, lucid saved my day and hours of time

I can't remember ever experiencing any problems with Lucid.

The main issue I faced was how long it took to create process maps. With Lucid, I was able to reduce that time by over half.
Real Good Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is incredibly easy to use, and every time I show my flow-charts, people are impressed and curious about how I created them.

So far, I haven't found anything wrong with Lucid.

Creating flow charts for several processes that involve multiple variables can be quite challenging. However, this tool helps streamline the process and ultimately saves a significant amount of time.
