Lucid chart has changed the way I create business process flows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid charts easy to use graphical interface is a game changer. I have previously used Visio and I can surely say Lucidchart was very intuitive and easy to use. The software/solution has been well thought of and features like size matching, conditional formatting have been very helpful. It was very easy to implement and we were able to import in the charts that had been created on Visio previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Lucidchart had a native app for windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mapping our business processes and lucid chart is the priary tool where we are documenting these process flows.

Limited templates, doesn't integrate with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to read and understand diagrams for complex systems and processes. Makes it easy to collaborate with engineers as a product manager.

Lucid for Design & Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The feature suite is intuitive and comprehensive. I find the UI to be friendly & accomodating, and formatting design layouts is made ealier through intuitive functionality that helps fast track element duplication and editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more icons available in the default icon pack. This would be really helpful across a myriad of use cases I've approached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central location to share ideas for broadcast & feedback is something every organization can benefit from. Not having to sacrifice visuals to articulate nuance that would go understated through words alone expetites full comprehension of ideas.

Some users mention that there are limitations with certain software integrations, and they sometimes experience performance issues when working on larger diagrams.

Makes Building Flowcharts a Dream
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to import code. Between that capability and utilizing AI, I was able to convert our company’s SOPs into flowcharts with ease! Now we have clear visuals of our processes that everyone understands. I will continue to use Lucidchart for every project that calls for any visual process graphic or flowchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't come across any downsides. One thing I might like is the ability to set page parameters so the chart automatically fits and changes directions as needed when I import code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually makeng flowcharts for our organization had turned into a bigger project than I anticipated before I simplified it with Lucidchart.
Easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it super easy to create clean, professional visuals. Whether it's flowcharts, mind maps or process diagrams, it's much convineant to use the drag and drop interface and the templates are suer helpful too. I also love the real time collaboration feature working with my team on diagrams is seamless and the integration with other tools make it easy to share and access documents from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more complex diagrams, it can sometimes feel a little slow or clunky especially working in complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of visualizing complex processes in a way that's easy to understand and share with others. This benefits me by speeding up decision making and ensuring everyone is on the same page during meetings or project discussions. The collaboration feature allows my team to make real-time updates, keeping everything aligned and reducing back-and-forths. It saves time and improve clarity in our projects.

All needed template, very easy to use, the ability to export as images and visio files.
Also how wasy it is to manage your documents and diagrams.

Did I mention I can continue my work even when the internet is down and it will sync automatically when the inter is back on

What do you dislike about the product?
lack support of the RTL langauges such as Arabic language

ease of use and diversity of templates

I love Lucid for creating diagrams and flow charts easily and quickly. I am not an experienced user but getting started was incredibly easy and Lucid's support team was there every step of the way to help with any questions.

It needs more colors, thats all the negative I can think off

I can stream line processes very easily, create steps of new projects.
