For new users current interface is quite confusing until they used to with it.

It enabled us to create complex flowcharts easily and helped to save time.

The best tool for collaboration, technical diagrams & whiteboarding
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use. Drawing can often be annoying when shapes are not quite fitting where they should correctly, or aligning on the page vs. other items. With Lucid these issues are pleasently handled with their snap type features that make shapes and lines "just connect" to where they are meant to, in a nice and centralised fashion. There is the odd occasion I need to google how to draw a particular item, but the answers are always easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is quite limited, but there are free trials available and thankfully my company had a licence for the whole suite which the Account Executive at Lucid helped me get added to right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to collaborate on marketing materials and drawings of how our systems interoperate
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Lucid for team collaboration. The interface is clean, and it’s simple to map out ideas, create flowcharts, or brainstorm with others in real time. The integration with tools like Slack and Google Workspace is seamless, which really boosts productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit high, especially for smaller teams. Some of the more advanced features could also benefit from better tutorials, as they can be tricky to learn at first.

Lucid is helping us solve communication and alignment issues, especially when working with remote teams. It makes it easy to visualize complex ideas, processes, and workflows in a clear and organized way.

Takes a while to load which can be frustrating when using it when my phone is a wifi hotspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to condense a lot of complex info so having the ability to make high quality diagrams is huge. Lucid allows me to do that and create a consistent product.

I like that it is easy to express and put your things.

I like everything about the site there is nothing wrong with it.

The problem that it is solving is that people are scared to express there opinion or answer aloud it lets them express it without that fear.

It is great for creating UML diagrams for CS classes. I love that I can collaborate with others to make diagrams.

I don't have any dislikes and I haven't had any problems with Lucid thus far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform that is easy to use to draw/plan/map out flows/thoughts/designs. My co-workers and I use it often to create system design, tables, and flow when we are planning out our features.
Easy integration with Monday.com workspace
What do you like best about the product?
We needed an easy way to produce items like org charts, but did not want to add yet another login and password across the organization we'd then have to manage and ensure security with. Thankfully Lucid was easy to implement into existing Monday.com workflows and boom we were good to go without having that extra hassle. Customer Support even followed up to make sure we were OK which was a nice touch. It is now live and a daily referrenced item for onboarding new employees.

Nothing to dislike - we got exactly what we needed out of it and good to go.

We needed an easy way to make multiple org charts for our clients and the easy plugin to existing monday.com workflows served well.

As a developer, the most helpful feature of Lucid’s Visual Collaboration Suite the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical people.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid offers many powerful features, one of the least helpful aspects is the learning curve for first-time users, specifically for those unfamiliar with visual design tools.
