Collaborative and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and learn the ins and outs without actually requiring an in depth tutorial. It helps our team collaborate and share ideas and faciliate meeting agendas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting access was not a seamless process - even though my employer approved my license, it took some back and forth to get my access up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a larger team brainstorm different topics live during meetings and then creates a clear/concise way to review answers live as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to collaborate with your team live. You can create customer flows and adjust, super user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming to learn at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually seeing the customer journey for our complex programs. Easy to make management understand where the flow will go.
Easy to use with great features
What do you like best about the product?
This software was easy to use and feature rich. I had no issues picking it up having used some similar products in the past. I tried it since the visualization tool my company has been using didn't have the features I was looking for in a specific project. I didn't try out any of the collaboration/multi-user features, but I imagine they are pretty standard for any standard online visualization tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I think the features are valuable, our company already has a subscription to another visualization tool, and we don't use it frequently. The cost difference would be worth it, in my opinion, if we were using more of the features and using the software overall more regularly but that isn't the case at the moment, and I think for casual users that don't require many features, there are cheaper alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has a large variety of existing shapes for many visualization applications that are separated by library to avoid cluttering the workspace, and allows addition of custom shapes to easily allow even more customization. I could see Lucid being beneficial for just about any visualization need.

What do you like best about the product?
Begin able to visually see my data path design before creating a schematic in my computer. Helped me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of free shapes you get, probably would be useful to have more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on a project creating a processor. Our professor recommended that before wiring everything together just going by heart, we should create a schematic using lucid charts. It helped us make the design more efficient.

We want to find a place that allows us quickly generate infrastructure design diagram. Lucid provides all functionalities we need.

Lucid is a great tool whether you are a beginner or a pro.
What do you like best about the product?
I think what impressed me the most is the training on the tool and the ability to learn exactly what you are seeking out to learn. The interface is easy to understand and follow. I have used other tools before and Lucid makes it an easy transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's always hard learning something new. Change isn't easy. Taking the time out of my busy schedule to learn Lucid is tough, but I know it will be worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping us put our ideas and processes into a more visual diagram. This allows us to be organized in a clean, effective, and efficient way. Lucid has allowed us to be aligned as a group with little to no confusion on direction.
Needed a flowchart….
What do you like best about the product?
The program was really easy to learn. I signed up and and had a detailed flowchart made in less than an hour. Downloading it and sharing with the team was extremely easy. It made getting a project approved such a straight and narrow path.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were just a few kinks that I couldn't quite figure out while designing my graph. One example was being able to manipulating the lines in the exact way I wanted. My solve was to just delete the existing line and create a new one from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job can be very bureaucratic sometimes and being able to give a visual aide of how my team will work efficiently is a great tool to speed up the process of getting projects underway and approved. It also helps my team once we are in the project work to streamline processes and work more efficiently.
Easy to create and share
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite simplifies the communication between team members or agencies and clients. It makes it easy to see at a glance a workflow or process as well as update.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I would change at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It clearly portrays the journey from the customer or the process (like an email workflow) takes from start to finish.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It was very simple to use and learn. I was making a chart for a group project and sending my chart to the people in my group was much more simple than any other platform I had used previously. It was also much more simple to learn than some other tools that can be used for a similar purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use a regular gmail account, which is what many of my partners tried to use, was confusing at first but once we figured out to use our other email it was simple.

So much easier to collaborate online making charts and visuals using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite
