A Great Tool for Collaboration and Brainstorming Ideas during Meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
The good thing about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite it's a cloud-based, that enables users to access diagrams from anywhere as long as they're connected to internet. It's also a great tool when it comes to collaboration and brainstorming ideas during meetings. We can assess and propose edits to all the flow charts in real time.
Scalable, customizable with the ability to customise the product to many uses, i.e planning, progress and drafting ideas in real-time.
Seamless integration with other tools.
Ideation and design with multiple diagramming options to create the flow.
Overall, this tool has promoted remote work, decisions making and robust problem solving.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity for new users. It took me some time to get used to it. Meanwhile I find the customer support so valuable and proactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Chart is a great tool for collaboration and brainstorming ideas into reality during meetings. It makes it easy to collaborate with teams in different time zones and from anywhere at any time. Overall, this has been great tool to visualize workflows, brainstorm ideas and planning projects/collaborate with my team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has really reshaped our project management and client engagement through most of its robust features in visual collaboration. Real-time brainstorming, interactive diagrams, and seamless integration with CRM systems make all the difference. As a Key Account Manager, I appreciate how Lucid's intuitive interface makes it easy to visualize complex workflows and client data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more advanced features on top of the reporting features. On the other side, Lucid does great at visualizing and planning—customizable templates, interactive dashboards—but if it had more granular reporting capabilities, that would really drive performance tracking and client-specific insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid simplifies complex client projects with collaborative whiteboarding, task tracking, and integration with other business tools. In this one-stop shop, everyone will be on the same page—literally—with heightened productivity and deeper client relationships.

Lucid is an amazing tool to organize and share and create ideas for the team and our organization. you have image and data panel in it to import and sync, collobrate with your other users, built in templates such as brain storming and others

The most i like about Lucid is their higly integrated services where they offer number of services and provide best customer support and ease to implement tools like whiteboard and mappings.

We frequelty use Lucid on every daily basis and their reliable services gives satisfying services.

They help us to collaborate with the team and their diagramming, mind mapping, org chart and wireframing help us a lot to solve our business problems.
Versatile tool that can be used for various activities
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers extensive customization options, offers a wide range of built-in feature for creating diagrams. I like the ability to organize one subgroup differently than another, it is the best app for diagramming and graphing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like arrows not to be automatically attached to objects, sometimes I find the structure a bit annoying. Some products do not have templates that we can load. Also sometimes the app would crash with an error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been essential in designing data flows from one system to another, it helps in creating a professional looking diagram. This tool illustrates the flow from start to finish very well. It provides many tools like the freeform tool. All the features required to map a process are available.

Using lucid to visulize the workflows and strategy for our marketing. It is a good tool and we can add team members to collaborate. Have integration with tools we use in our daily to do. The entire implementation is easy and beginner friendly. The provide best customer support as well. I am using it daily for my work

The main thing I like in Lucid is their user froindly inteface and their high integrated integration and multiple features in the same platform. they have the very great reliable and user frindly UIUX.
