User-friendly collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a user-friendly platform that I use for collaboration and projects
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good! I was using a similar tool before Lucid, which makes it easier for me to adapt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps draft clear visuals (whiteboards, mind mapping,...)
Great First Experience
What do you like best about the product?
This platform provided a great way to share ideas and collaborate with not only our office but the entire campus. It was easy to navigate and easy to add additional notes and thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little challenging just using the laptop touch pad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to have several meetings with various groups and keep all of our thoughts/ideas in the same location.

What do you like best about the product?
- The collaborative function is great, different people working at their own available times with their ideas is great. Also the functionalities that it has are great for all the team members.
- I like a lot that you have a function of exporting data that is transformed from a visual chart, that helped me so far with a few requirements but helped me to save tons of time.
- The rules for the charts formating are great also, makes so much easier to see infromation as I need.
- I like also that is a super friendly tool that you can learn to use quickly and in someway intuitively. and that is very flexible to work different types of charts and visuals.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the rules can be complex sometimes to set for formatting.
Not sure if is possible or not but to build rules only for specific subcharts in the chart would be very useful.
And also I did not like that if I use the cmd plus F function to search it only searches in the visible information in the chart, It would be great if it also looked for data that is not visible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Lucid helped me to create a future state org chart for a very big Org which doing manually would be super complex and time consuming, I was able to complete the requirement in less than 1 hour which I think at least based on my experience and skills would have taken me at least 1 week.
Very good software for modelling
What do you like best about the product?
It was extremelly easy to add users and collaborate with my team in creating a unique model, automatically saved, which ensured we were all working on the same thing. You can also see where you colleagues are pointing so there's no misunderstanding or duplication of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a trial of the LucidChart suite beofre comitting, which I don't remember signing up for, which made me think that my license had been approved by my administrator when it hadn't. That delayed my team a bit as we only realised that when the trial expired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to build a logical data model, which helped me as a consultant in my enterprise architecture deliverables.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly use lucid charts. Easy to use from the very begining, also like the tips on shortcuts etc

the ui isn't "impressive". it's not bad, it's not great.

great for diagrams others can improve or work with. also expandable canvas works nicely when you're buiding the customer journey maps etc
Good diagram software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is my favourite part. It's very easy to start using it and the visual options make possible to create almost everything you have in mind!
What do you dislike about the product?
After you use this, you understand the value it has. But I would like to have more in the free tier of the software.

It's easy to add different forms and change it's chape. Also the way it hanldes the images and the visuals are good features too!
Great mapping and whiteboard possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to share board links, and a good number of diagramming objects available.

Tables have limited formatting options, so spreadsheets may still be needed. Lucid tickets have few fields

Puts all information in one place in an esay to read and absorb format. Produced visually engaging timelines, maps, and wireframes.
Great tool for Collaborating and Diagraming ideas
What do you like best about the product?
As an Solution Architect, I find Lucid very useful when creating architecures diagrams, flow charts and ways to visualise ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that can be a bit improved in terms of reducing the number of steps required to accomplish a task. It would be a good idea to enable custom shortcuts that can be stored on tool bars to help customise my Lucid environment.

Great Tool for Creating Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, completely customizable. Great for producing visual representations of flow charts, processes, and content mapping. Templates are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a minute to get used to the diffferent options and functionalities. Can be a bit frustrating when trying to create a visual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided me with a tool to produce visuals to share with leadership.
A Great Tool for Seamless Visual Collaboration and helps in making charts/diagrams/designs
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its user-friendly interface. Even for people who are not much tech-savvy, also find it easy to start creating diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps with just a few clicks. Lucid's real-time collaboration is another huge advantage, making it very easy for teams to work together on projects without maintaing multiple versions back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finally, the pricing, though reasonable for bigger teams/organizations but might be a bit pricey for freelancers or students who may only need the tool occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped streamline communication and improve project visibility within our team working on the same project. With Lucid, everyone has access to a shared workspace where they can see updates live and it saves alot of time. The collaborative aspect has definitely improved our efficiency, as we no longer waste time tracking multiple versions of documents and can focus more on the tasks at hand.
