Suger has accelerated our cloud GTM and serves as a key thought partner for us.
What do you like best about the product?
Suger is on the forefront of Cloud GTM and streamlines the different processes that are required from the CSPs. They have great ease of use and implementation was straight-forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to call out. They have been an amazing partner.

The CSPs have different policies / processes that are ever-changing. This requires companies to stay on the forefront and

What do you like best about the product?
requires little ongoing maintenance and has minimal overhead for admins. Their customer support is fantastic I've never had an issue getting ahold of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its truly hard for me to come up with an answer here. Any issues we may have had in the past we were able to quickly get in touch with their support team who worked with us to solve the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a long time we had issues with manually updating deals between hubspot and Amazon Customer Engagement (AWS co-sell deal management system). Suger has provided us with an integration that syncs the two platforms allowing us to achieve a 50% reduction in time spent on manual updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Suger is a game-changer—automating deal reg, private offers, and CRM syncs. This grew our AWS and Microsoft partnerships to 5k+ co-sell regs, cut sales cycles by 26 days, and marketplace deals 4x.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suger has an outstanding Implementation Engineer—shoutout to Gabriel! Still, the company should grow its team to improve support for implementations and custom client solutions, leveraging opportunity for further expansion and a continuation of ensured success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger solves onboarding, listing, transacting, and co-selling on multiple cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure), benefiting by reducing effort, accelerating sales, scaling monetization & reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Having been the sole processor for 100s of AWS and GCP MP transactions for more than three years, my requirements are substantial, and Sugers doesn't just meet them...they exceed them. My major requirements were first, ease of implementing-- the previous two solutions I used had Rev/SalesOps way too involved. Both solutions had issues throughout both year-long contracts. What I love about Suger is that I set up the configuration for AWS myself as a Partner Manager! Not only that but there have only been a few issues and that's where my 2nd major requirement comes in -- customer support responsiveness and helpfulness! The fact that they are on Slack and have a typical SLA of minutes is insane. The previous two had days to weeks before they gave me an answer. I use Suger almost every day, and when I'm out, it falls on our sales team to use it. So it had to be easy to use and easily integrate with SFDC -- another checkbox! Finally, they had me thinking about future proofing since I'm the sole user -- their workflows and analytics are top tier. I've not only automated a majority of my day-to-day, but I've given Finance access to the reporting so they can stop bothering me!

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I dislike about Suger, especially when benchmarked against 3 competitors I've used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of my day to day regarding deal registration and marketplace transaction processing -- I've benefited by saving 100s of hours per year. Not only that but reporting, workflows, and becoming a trusted advisor and knowledge center when these hyperscalors take forever with their support teams.
Great Support Team - Seamless HubSpot Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer support during setup. Their team made the integration process smooth, and now it automatically syncs with HubSpot without any issues. Saves us time and eliminates manual data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup required support assistance - would be difficult to implement without their help. More self-service documentation would be usefu but I continue to see improvements as they've growenl

Suger solved our data synchronization challenges between systems and HubSpot. Before, we had manual processes that were time-consuming and error-prone. Now the automatic sync keeps our data consistent across platforms, saving us hours of work each week and reducing data entry mistakes.

Suger helps us eliminate the overhead of managing cloud marketplace sales. As an AI SaaS company, selling through AWS and other marketplaces is strategic but operationally complex — offer creation, usage metering, billing, and CRM alignment were all manual and error-prone. Suger automates and centralizes all of that, letting our go-to-market and ops teams move faster without pulling in engineers.

Suger is incredibly easy to use. The team had us up and running in an matter of minutes and we can create private offers for customers in half the time of our previous vendor's platform.
The revenue reporting in Suger is excellent - making it easy to identify which transactions were bundled into a single payment from a cloud partner.
Finally, their customer support team is fantastic: issues are resolved quickly compared to weeklong wait times with our previous vendor.
In all, these capabilities add up to a tremendous value for any SaaS company that needs to transact via cloud marketplaces.

Would love to see Suger integrate with more marketplaces so we could extend our use of their platform to more transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to transact across all three major cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace). Beyond that, we required good reporting to make sense of revenue derived from each platform and each transaction as these payments are often bundled. Finally, we needed a support team that could help us quickly address issues - particularly for customers with complex needs.
Their combination of ease of use, built-in analytics and reporting and excellent customer service made it easy for our team to adopt Suger and scale our transaction volume by 10x.

Easy to use/admin, Quality Support, Increases efficiency through closing deals
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is simple/intuitive. They provide fast customer support for any questions or technical issues. They have many integrations that are robust and easy to set up. I use this for every marketplace deal and makes me way more efficient in doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a dislike yet. The product and team we work with are great.
