Suger made integration of our brand into Hyperscaler Marketplaces simple, understandable, and quick.
What do you like best about the product?
We struggled with this process and Suger came to the rescue with expertise, integration and best practices to get us operational
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked about Suger. Bravo!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to sell, invoice our business services through Hyperscalers to meet client requests and leverage the AWS salese team.

Fast and Efficient Listing on AWS Marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
Suger, specifically Gabriel, offered fantastic help and services to getting listed on the AWS Marketplace in efficient time for our firm. The ease of implementation made the process a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we are happy with Suger's services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger allowed us to integrate and get listed on the AWS Marketplace efficiently with their platform and customer service knowledge base.
Great Platform for setting up Marketplace Listings
What do you like best about the product?
The Suger team has been a great partner in helping us get our marketplace listings up and running much faster than if we were to do it on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifically. Looking forward to continued features launching in their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They streamlined our initial technical integration and we now have automated deal registration from our CRM. Throughout this process they were always available on Slack and Zoom as needed. They continue to help us understand how to navigate the complex partner Marketplace GTM requirements.
Great partner for our cloud journey with AWS
What do you like best about the product?
Its been great working with Suger to both manage our AWS listing as well as process private offers. Their portal is easy to use, provides great reporting and integrates naturally with AWS ACE as well as our our own CRM. Their support is timely and they have been a great partner helping us optimize our AWS experience co-selling in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can still be challening booking renewal private offers with active subscriptions but this is most likely an issue with AWS not Suger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger saves us alot of time by allowing us to more easily book private offers directly from our CRM that in turn maps directly into AWS Marketplace console. We also use Suger platform to push leads out from our SFDC directly into AWS ACE. They add a ton of efficiency to our overall AWS field co-sell engagement.
They managed to list us at AWS in no time with zero effort on our side. Great company, great team!

Holistic Platform for both Marketplace and Partner Engagement with Cloud Providers
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Suger.io is extremely engaged, takes feedback seriously, and makes updates / changes to the feedback at a rapid pace. Their platform is easy to use for both marketplace transactions and partner engagements especially with cloud providers with available API's

The platform continues to mature to reach edge cases, which are being identified and embraced quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger.io keeps us fully engaged with AWS on both ACE transactions and marketplace engagements. The team continues to identity new ways to work with Google and the limited automated tools that Google supports.
Excellent support for Azure and AWS Marketplace setup
What do you like best about the product?
Suger.io provided exceptional support in setting up our marketplace services with Microsoft and AWS. Their expertise and clear guidance made the process smooth and efficient. Communication was prompt, and their post-setup support has been fantastic.

They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and patience, ensuring we understood all the technical requirements and best practices
Excellent Platform Driving Excellent Results
What do you like best about the product?
Suger has enabled our Marketplace co-sell and transaction activity to significantly increase. Within just a few weeks of purchasing Suger, we were able to create a new Marketplace listing and change the way we priced our offering. The ease of integration with Salesforce and partner networks (ex: ACE) then allowed the traffic from our new listing to seamlessly port into our existing workflows. The platform is easy to use and has allowed various teams across finance, sales, operations, and alliances to have a singular view into the offering/usage/listing activity across multiple Marketplaces and listings. The reporting and insights into co-sell activity and engagement have greatly improved the alliances operations and I use the platform daily now as a critical part of my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes - Suger has delivered results across multiple projects and has consistently given us strong customer support and resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger is helping us address finance (billing, disbursements, payments), legal (MP contracts), alliances (co-sell integrations and reporting), operations (Marketplace order status), sales (CRM integration into partner dashboards).
