    Streamlines Cloud Sales, But Needs Simpler Onboarding

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how Suger automates our cloud marketplace sales, especially in managing private offers directly from our CRM. It helps track usage-based billings and syncs coselling data with cloud partners efficiently. The way it handles custom deals without slowing us down is impressive. Our team can quickly set up a specific monthly price or custom terms for a client through the AWS marketplace within our CRM, saving us from complex cloud consoles. The platform saves a massive amount of time as our sales reps can generate and send custom quotes quickly, without needing to rely on technical configuration or internal approvals, speeding up the deal process.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Suger is great, the biggest area for improvement is its learning curve. Because it deals with highly complex cloud architectures, the initial setup and docs can feel a bit overwhelming for a small team without deep devops expertise. Additionally, because the cloud marketplaces update their own portals and rules frequently, Suger's UI occasionally has to play catch up. We will like to see 2 main improvements. For the learning curve, we need simplified templates and onboarding guides designed for small businesses. Right now, the documentation is dense with enterprise stuff. A simple, step by step checklist would help. For the UI, we would like deeper and visual revenue dashboards.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Suger automates our cloud marketplace sales, eliminates months of dev work with a single API, and manages private offers directly from our CRM. It removes sales friction and automates billing, ensuring we never miss revenue.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really appreciate the people and processes at Suger. They're extremely knowledgeable and cutting-edge, especially when it comes to working with marketplaces, which makes it easy for us to make changes and adjustments to the system. Their support is fantastic; they're always there to help us with anything, from mentoring us on executing private offers to troubleshooting potential bugs or issues. The initial setup wasn't exactly easy, but it was very smooth and concise given the complexity of the solution. I'm pleased with how they delivered on time and trained us efficiently, and they've certainly enabled us to use cloud marketplaces effectively.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Only that they're growing at a pretty rapid pace and at times they're busy and a little bit difficult to get time with them.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use Suger to integrate cloud marketplaces with our CRM solution, making it easy to create, edit, and manage private offers for customer approval. It solves complex problems and streamlines the process significantly.

    Suger is responsive and thorough. The interface is well designed and easy to use. Mostly I adore my account team, every single person has gone above and beyond to ensure our success with hyperscaler programs. I highly recommend Suger and appreciate the service I received from Ana.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It's crazy how integrated Suger is with our HubSpot CRM.

    In no time we can co-sell with our cloud partners right from where we're working. Super easy to use.

    Without Suger it would have taken us years to unlock this revenue channel.

    The team is insane responsive and they ship fast.

    Good product, great partner mindset. No BS — they listen and deliver.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Still maturing on analytics depth and marketplace feature parity, but team is listening and acting fast. Mobile consult of reporting could be improved for people on the road.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use SugerGTM to run our AWS and Azure Marketplace GTM. It’s a solid, easy-to-use platform that actually meets the needs of teams managing marketplace business. Setup is fast, and the Slack support is top-notch — quick, helpful, and real.
    We had a long list of requests around reporting and analytics, and the team listened and acted. They’ve been open to feedback and added several of our ideas to their roadmap, which says a lot about how they work with heavy users.
    The product’s on the right path. It covers the essentials and keeps improving. The key will be to stay close to marketplace changes and keep the pace of evolution.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Suger has greatly simplified our pipeline management by seamlessly integrating our ACE pipeline with HubSpot. The platform is intuitive and easy to implement, saving our team significant time and manual effort. The automation reduces errors, improves visibility across opportunities, and provides a clear single source of truth for both sales and alliance teams. The customer support has also been responsive and helpful throughout the onboarding process.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    So far, we have had a very positive experience with Suger. If anything, I would say that the platform could benefit from adding more customization options for reporting and dashboards to meet diverse team needs. However, this is a minor point compared to the overall value it delivers.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Suger has eliminated the need for manual updates between our ACE pipeline and HubSpot by automating the integration. This gives us real-time visibility, reduces errors and saves our team valuable time so we can focus on driving opportunities and closing deals.

    Suger is on the forefront of Cloud GTM and streamlines the different processes that are required from the CSPs. They have great ease of use and implementation was straight-forward.

    What do you like best about the product?
    requires little ongoing maintenance and has minimal overhead for admins. Their customer support is fantastic I've never had an issue getting ahold of them.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Its truly hard for me to come up with an answer here. Any issues we may have had in the past we were able to quickly get in touch with their support team who worked with us to solve the issues.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    For a long time we had issues with manually updating deals between hubspot and Amazon Customer Engagement (AWS co-sell deal management system). Suger has provided us with an integration that syncs the two platforms allowing us to achieve a 50% reduction in time spent on manual updates.
