Fairly new but not much to complain about thus far.
What do you like best about the product?
Seems like everything needed in an MDM is all there. Whereas some platforms like Elo don't allow RM features or Samsung's MagicInfo barely works at all... esper seems to be much more advanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more of a knock on our team is uploading builds but I was overwhelmed but the number we had and wished I could've filtered results a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to monitor, maintain, and update our app across 100 clients and their hardware.

Esper has made my job so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have the ability to assist my patients with a hands on view of exactly what they are looking at, as opposed to feeling my way around in the dark trying to help them, which can be super frustrating for the patient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be latency issues from time to time, but for the most part it is nothing horrible.

When our patients have issues with the tablets that we send them to monitor their health from home, Esper allows us to be able to log into the tablets so that we can actually see what the patient sees. It is a huge help, especially when dealing with older patients who are not always tech savvy.

What do you dislike about the product?
As impressive as Esper has proven to be in the mobile device management sphere, my journey wasn’t without its turbulence. I encountered a few rough patches where I felt Esper could undeniably enhance its offerings to reach the epitome of user satisfaction.
Pricing Structure
While Esper offers a solid range of features, its pricing structure leaves room for improvement. I found myself wishing for more competitive pricing tiers, especially for educational institutions and non-profits, sectors that could greatly benefit from more budget-friendly options.
Customer Service Post-Contract
My initial interactions with Esper's customer service were promising, with responsive and knowledgeable representatives. However, post the one-year contract signing, I noticed a significant dip in the level of attention and promptness in responses. It was somewhat disheartening to experience this change, and I hope to see Esper take strides in maintaining consistent customer service quality irrespective of the contract stage.
