Very complete tool
What do you like best about the product?
The customization for each user in the way to want to be notified when something happens is very wide and also the configuration of retries policy you can define for each severity
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to use a different application for this concrete purpose instead of having it from observability vendors. And also how expensive they are, but well... They have a very good product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oncall rotations, having a place to define your incident reports, wide customization for a user on how they want to be paged when something is wrong. Define SLA/SLOs

* Customer support team is very good it resolve the query on urgent basis.

* It trigger alert to our IT team in real time during load management.

Nothing as such for our team. We are very happy this tool. It helps alot in load management and trigger alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now easy to manage tasks, workflows and load management using this wonderful tool. It saves lots of time. We can monitor the business process easily using this great tool. Also it is very cheaper than others tool available in the market. It boosts our business and client relationship.

I'm excited that PagerDuty introduced Round Robin Scheduling. It is now easy to distribute on-call shift responsibilities in addition to triaging, assessing and reporting network issues as they arise

As a developer I have seen PagerDuty continue to evolve and innovate beyond traditional incident management

PagerDuty provides infrastructure-wide context that allows us to effectively remediate incidents and easy distribution of on-call responsibility

In terms of the platform itself, i like hoe it ingests a lot of internal and third-party data ensuring i have full observability of the data warehouse and suppressing multiple alerts for one incident that contains data issues

PagerDuty's platform team lives up to their mandate though i would love to have more resources on its integration
