What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use combined with the possibility to receive notifications based on personal preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
No immediate downsides, obviously you need to spend some time with it to get the most out of all the different options and configuration possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified notifications, regardless of the monitoring platform used.
Faster responses because the number of notifications decreased to only the relevant issues.

What do you like best about the product?
That I get to know immediately if there is issue in the system

Sometimes the incidents are not resolved automatically. Also, whatsapp integration would be great!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Slack integration and good control over alert and escalation policies
What do you dislike about the product?
PaherDuty's phonecall bot isn't very legible at times.
The android app could also do some work.
I once accidentally marked a violation in some other team's project resolved and couldn't figure out how to roll it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PagerDuty helps inform the relevant teams about errors and warnings related to their deployment.

It's really helpful for us to know beforehand that our containerised deployments are working as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
PagerDuty's fantastic integrations help us stay on top of our incident management where ever and whenever. The ability to schedule escalation policies helps rotate our on call staff easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like PagerDuty to have a smaller list of numbers which we could whitelist on our phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CEO and CTO have no problems with stressing out about our infrastructure or essential services having problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of usage in Mobile and web portal
What do you dislike about the product?
New features updates , which are not informed to all users and the features don't automatically get started on our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our alert notification tool for all production issues.
It's dependable and has a quite a few integrations to have life more easier
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very good application with great ease of usability. They also have many new integrations going with the product

What do you like best about the product?
Pager Duty Help me always to notify the critical alert on time, easy to configure with multiple level of on-call to minimize real trouble of production env
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes ! I have one . Whenever I am getting PD push notification from APP (Mobile APP) I use to acknowledge the PD incident. After acknowledge also I am getting call. I think there is no use of that I acknowledge from APP, That will be good if I acknowledge from APP(Mobile APP Push notification) I don't want to get a call for the same incident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yeah! Previously we used some other Tool for Alerting, That wont escalate the multiple levels and not and proper notification too.
I like PagerDuty gives exact notification on time as expected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pager Duty have plenty of options, That will be good if you have admin access to feel all of the incredeible options.

It's reduce our half of the tension in off hour , Escalate the trouble on time without any miss.

Out of topic:
That will be good if they add Female voice on-call, Last 4 years hearing the same Guy voice is little boring LOL!! :-)

What do you like best about the product?
PagerDuty allows us to easy manage our on-call schedules and coordinate our responses to incidents as they arise in a timely manner. With lots of integrations and connecting services available the functionality is pretty comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ad-hoc on-call overrides are not as efficient as they can be and some competitors offer more flexibility in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PagerDuty lets us support our products the way we would like to, with the right level of support of orchestration without being too heavy handed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like instant alerts by call, production rotation schedule and email notifications. Easy setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not find any. Hope it keeps up current product and improve it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like simple easy to use interface and being able to see where audit trail. It ensures someone is responsible for handling incidents at our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I have permission issues accessing details that I want - however this is minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to escalate support tickets during off-hours in our company. It really helps us connect to correct on call engineer and have clear chain of responsibility in case escalation is missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
keep it up!
