Product supports most commonly requested features. Reporting could be enhanced but out of box feature set is quite rich

The notification system the push notification was during the call and is confusing how to acknowledge, also the call systems looks like a robot is a trying to speak

Its a great tool especially for incident management. highly recommended.
Great platform to notify team of emergencies
What do you like best about the product?
PagerDuty allows our team to be alerted of emergencies facing our customers. There are robust options to configure triggers and notifications, as well as responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be very hard to understand and hard to configure without a walkthrough. Configuration is buried behind several menus and options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emergency alerts for customer outages outside of our standard business hours.

Highly recommend to reach out to PagerDuty Support for questions. They are very adept and can walk you through any issues. Great group of people.

What do you like best about the product?
the reliability which it gives is amazing. I always get the alerts when there's an issue with our production and its really spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have configured so many alerts that it bothers sometimes a lot :D but yes its helpful.

The mobile app is very convenient.
What do you like best about the product?
We may not always have laptop on hand. So, Mobile App is best.

May be PagerDuty App can send the remind 1 days ahead before the onDue day.

Besides my incidents, I can also know whole team's situation.

I like getting the notifications quickly. It helps immediately acknowledging when something is wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay in getting notified, especially when it's escalated to the next person

If you need realtime SMS alerts that are easy to configure, this product is the best one I've used.

Fairly easy to make overrides to the on0call rotation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble refreshing for alerts on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for our on-call rotation, and it's helpful to organize the rotation and notify people who are on-call in a timely manner.
